“Sakura is awesome.
First the Food. Everything is freshly made, hot, and very good. I've had the chicken, steak, and salmon teriyaki, all of which are fantastic. The plates are massive, and I often have lots of leftovers. The smaller bowls are also a full meal, and often what I order. The drinks are made fresh as well, and I am fond of the Thai Tea and Sakura Coffee. The Boba is fresh made and hot, which makes for a really fun and unique experience, with the ice cold beverage and warm Boba. Its a treat!
Their sushi is also fairly good.

The staff is great. The owners are extremely nice, and very helpful.

The restaurant is small, but well taken care of. Its clean, bright, and not too loud.

“I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.“

“Pepper Lunch was on my list of restaurants to try during a trip to Tokyo this past April, but I unfortunately wasn’t able to. Imagine my surprise when I found out that one had opened right here in Riverton!

The food is absolutely fantastic, and appears very fresh. It’s served sizzling hot right on your own personal heated platter, guaranteeing your meal won’t go cold. I ordered a Jumbo Beef with a fountain drink, and paid around $22. For the quality, taste, and freshness of the food, I thought this was an exceptional value.

The chef was very talented, lots of the normal hibachi experience: throwing eggs, fire, throwing shrimp in each persons mouth, etc. the food was delicious and each thing was the perfect temperature. They give everyone 2 sauces plus soy sauce on the table so you can season more as needed. We brought up an allergy to peas and she assured us they didn’t use it in the fried rice.“

“Food at this location has been great every time I go here. I gave 4 stars on service because the cashier didn't give me my receipt and stared at me and my baby as soon as I walked in the building. “As always it's fantastic! Server Maximus was very knowledgeable about the menu and found us a new favorite sushi roll even though we've been going to Tsunami a few times a year for YEARS!! We had our drinks, miso soup, and cucumber salads within 5 minutes of arriving. Then we had our delicious sushi within 15 minutes of arriving!! We didn't feel rushed but were completely done with our meal within 30 minutes! This is my absolutely favorite place to eat out!
