For lunch I had the S1 Pho and my husband and the Curry fried rice again amazing! We finished our meal with the Vegan Flan and omg sooo good!!! We had no idea coming here that is was a Vegan restaurant and I was a lil worried but it did not disappoint at all. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!!!“

“Tried this place for the first time and was very impressed! We got potstickers, rangoons, pork egg rolls, and the combination pho. I did takeout via doordash and did have to wait a few mins for my food after arriving, but it was fresh and the staff was friendly. Inside was nothing to write home about, but still seemed clean.

The appetizers were tasty, had unique sauces and were decently priced. The pho broth had very good flavor and the meat was tender. I wish there was a bit more meat for a “large” sized pho but it was plenty for me and my boyfriend to share.

“Absolutely loved this place, very beautiful. The food is phenomenal here. My husband got the pork belly bowl - meat was very good, in all very flavorful and filling. I got the vegan mushroom banh mi with papaya salad - extremely flavorful as well. Maybe the best banh mi I have ever had. The papaya salad is also great, loved the peanuts and fried onions in it.

The drinks were all good too. My husband got one of their seasonal cocktail and ginger sumac cider and I got their ca phe.

Definitely ask for their house made chilli crisps! It is heavenly!“

“What can I say about this place !!! I am a big fan of Pho. I have to have it few times a week. I tried so many restaurants but there nothing compare to the Pho these people make. It’s literally the BEST place for PHO. I am not saying one of the best but really THE BEST. I highly recommend them. Their place is super clean, the way they handle the food is amazing and the customer service is 110% Please don’t waste your time going somewhere else. Go to these guys, you won’t regret.“

“Went here a few weeks ago. This place is a gem! Best pho I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried several pho places in the valley).
They were offering a pho special with bone marrow so my sister & I both tried it. Our jaws dropped with the size of bone & meat we got with our pho. The broth was richly flavored & the meat was so tender it fell off the bone. Server was very generous & attentive. The special was maybe about $16 for each of us, which is an insane steal.“

“It's a little confusing that the pho place is inside a restaurant with a different name (Saola), but the pho was excellent, and they had a ton of options of things to add to it. They make fried dough sticks here, and they are so good dipped in broth!“

“This is a newer restaurant find for me and it’s super good! I ordered a small steak pho and a side of the cream cheese wantons. The food was delicious and service was quick and friendly.

I ordered to go, which is always a gamble when bringing pho home, but they packaged it up really well and wrapped the broth up in Saran Wrap to keep it hot and also so it wouldn’t spill. I’ll definitely come here again!“

“The food here is absolutely so delicious. The S11 Pho sandwich has to be my favorite of all their dishes there. The staff are really laid back and easy going there too, highly recommended after a long drive or being in the mountains doing fun activities.“

“This place is legit. The building is a little rundown, and the server(who is also the cook, busser, and owner) may only say 2 words to you. These are all classic indicators that the pho is going to be excellent and in this case it holds true. I've had tons of pho and so far in Utah this is the only place I actually crave to go back to. Very generous portions, the broth is a perfect mix of herbally and beefy, and the limes they bring to the table are super juicy. “You go here for the food not the atmosphere. You walk into a strip mall esque storefront and it feels a little bit dirty/cheap/dated. A no nonsense experience with picking your food from a screen on the wall and ordering from the person at the register.

What you end with is an incredibly delicious, vibrant, fresh tasting, and well seasoned Bahn Mi that will make you want to tell your friends who are living on the other side of the country.“

“Kind of sad. I come here a lot and live far away in eagle mountain. I got 2 veggie pho with extra veggie which were fine, but I got a beef pho extra beef and extra veggie. I didn’t get the extra beef of veggie which is a bummer because I feel like I wasted the money with those add ons. Still has amazing food and would recommend but just bummed because i spent a lot and was looking forward to the food.“

“I bought my wife a sandwich and it was her first time trying a Banh Mi. She loved it and said that the flavors were perfectly balanced. You’ll need to try the Honey Glazed Pork (S2). You can tell they use fresh high quality ingredients.
