“Fresh, never frozen fish! Itto's has spoiled me, and now I can't make myself eat raw sushi anywhere else.

They serve real, fresh wasabi with some of their nicer fish (including the sashimi, which I am a little too fond of), and they have plenty of options for those who don't enjoy raw fish (you poor things). You do get the usual ginger and fake wasabi with normal rolls, but the ginger is always fresh!

All of their sushi, cooked and raw, is phenomenal. Anyone who moved to Utah from the coasts and was used to good sushi can rest assured they'll find it here!“

“We ate the most creative and divine food last night at Communal. The portions are big and they are for sharing. The new summer salad with fresh peaches and corn was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The blend of flavors was absolutely amazing. Had I known how delicious it was beforehand I would have just ordered that for dinner. My husband and I shared the Greek chicken, crispy fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots with pistachios. Wonderful homemade rolls were served while we awaited our dinner. Everything is freshly cooked so plan to enjoy a wonderful, scrumptious and leisurely dinner. Wish we had time to go back and try some other dishes.
