“I would give this place a 5⭐️ if they were open consistently. Everytime family comes down from Logan it’s closed. No rhyme or reason to it. The food is amazing and we love it. They need to hire more people so the owners can leave sometimes and keep the place open. We have been there several times and they close early because they run out of food. I just wish we could get their amazing food consistently.“

“I'm a bit of an aficionado when it comes to all things ice cream and this place is indeed a gem. Lots of very interesting and delicious flavors such as mint oreo (the undisputed champ of flavors, fight me irl) and my new favorite: rocky mocha blast. I find myself coming here about once a week these days even in the dead of winter. Staff is super nice and friendly as well; an establishment truly deserving 5 stars“

“I go to alll the Aubergine’s and the one in American Fork is my favorite!! I feel like their portions are so good, their workers are so kind, it’s all such a good experience! “Pretty good, but the food is hit or miss. I have been her a few times and usually it's pretty good food. Recently though, the rice has been cold, dry, and clumpy.
Staff is usually pretty nice. The set up is a bit strange and so people are standing around not knowing who is queued up to order and who is just waiting for their food.“

I made a lot of changes to my sandwich and they made it exactly as I asked. The sandwiches were SO good and I love how they give you a free caramel apple lollipop with your sandwich. The workers are amazing at their job.“

“I have always experienced amazing customer service at this restaurant but this location in particular is just excellent. I ordered a soup to go & made a unique customization. When I arrived to pick it up I was greeted by a very nice employee named Marcos. He explained to me that they don’t carry that customization anymore & asked me how I would like to move forward with my order. “We wanted to wait until you got here so that you can get what you want.” & then he walked me though the other options, made suggestions to get me a similar result, gave me a sample of what I was getting to make sure I liked it, & top of that he gave me a free drink for the inconvenience. It really was a stellar experience & I never forget service & kindness like that. Thank you Marcos!“

“VB food is a favorite for us. It’s fresh and delicious. Our favs are Turkey and Provolone, Chicken Noodle Soup and Red Velvet Cake, though we load up on seasonal Almond Bars when we can.

“We visit this place almost every week. I love the fact that the waiters and managers recognize us, they'll ask about our date and even have our order down. Food is always fresh and delicious. We get the Teriyaki Chicken dinner with no vegetables, Monarch sushi, then the Hernan Chicken Tacos of the Curry. For drinks I usually get green tea, we normally spend about $30 + tips so about 40-50 personally, for 2 people. Portions are good.“

“One of the best smash burgers we have had. Enjoyed dinner with Redwood Cafe while at Wilkerson Farms. The gentleman that was cooking knows how to make an excellent burger and frys. “I have been here many times. Normally the Pho is great and the service is great. Last night, 6 October 2025, there was no ice in the ice machine, I let the kid behind the counter know and at least for the 45 minutes we were there he did nothing about it - so warm beverages for all. In the past the Chicken Pho has been great but last night there was very very little chicken and this was a disappointment for me. The flavor was still very good but of all of the Pho places I have been to in my life this was the least amount of chicken I have ever experienced. We will come back one more time and give them another try because maybe this was just a one-off bad experience and all experiences before this have been very good.“

She had no issue helping her co worker and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. “Meh... First time to Cubby's and probably last. I somehow spent $35 for 2 people. I asked for a receipt but they were going to make me fill out a form and email it to me and I said not worth it. So, not sure if they messed up or if 2 burgers, fries, and drinks really cost $35 at a fast casual place like this.
I got the Houdini. The patty was burned and not much flavor or taste to the rest of it. I ordered the buffalo bleu cheese fries. The bleu cheese and buffalo sauce is actually a pretty good combo and I loved the taste but the fries seemed to be stale. There was also a wrapper or lid to the bleu cheese container mixed into my fries. I like their chipotle fry sauce. You'll need a lot to make up for the bland flavors and stale food.
The service was fast and friendly and establishment clean. Only complaint about service was them not noticing the obvious wrapper they left on my fries.“

Cashier was not rude but was not exactly welcoming. Process was quick and easy. Prices were reasonable. Flavor was good for the price. The wait for the food to be delivered to table was not too long. It was a Sunday at 1pm so a lot of parking and not crowded at all, it was our party of 5 and one other party of 3. Definitely good enough experience to come back.“
