“A great restaurant open since 2019. The owner is from Korea and is very passionate about his food which is all delicious. Definitely order the Bibimbap! It's #6 on the menu. It's a stone bowl which is very hot in Cooks the food right in there and they serve the whole thing in the bowl.“

“we tried Eiko Cafe SLC (1234 S Redwood Rd, Salt Lake City) and were so excited to try authentic Chinese food. they have your typical orange chicken and chow mein available, but we went for the boiled fish filet with pickled cabbage (left) and west lake beef soup (right). the fish dish was spicy, tender, savory and also had a slight numbing effect of the Sichuan peppercorn (yum!). the beef soup was the best thing to have on this snowy and wet day. our waitress introduced herself as Jasmine and was so excited to see us try what her family eats at home. she was very accommodating and so friendly! we will be back tomorrow and hope we can easily decide what things to get next… we want to try the entire menu.“

“This is the best American Chinese restaurant. The food is very fresh, excellently priced, and very delicious. I usually get the family meal. The orange chicken is better than Panda Express, they have vermicelli noodle stir-fry that is less greasy and much more tasty than the options at Panda. I love their charsiu pork too.“

He will tell you all about it. He is fun to talk to and ia very engaged with the customers. The only downside is that the dining area is kind of cluttered, cramped, hot, and run-down. Based on how much you pay for the food, I would expect a bit nicer area to eat it. I tried the Chilean sea bass and my wife had the salmon. If I ate there again, I would go for the salmon. The apple and strawberry flavored milkies are also pretty good and not odd tasting. The Korean corn dogs are best served with corn flakes, and the all cheese weighs a decent amount. Overall, good value and the taste is worth the price.“

However, in large part the 5 star review is due to the fact that this particular PF Changs plays host to Amethyst. Simply the best server of the year! The grace she displayed - otherworldly.
