“What a wonderful experience it was to enjoy a meal here at The Tree Room! The ambiance and atmosphere is great inside the eatery, and the outside scenery is simply beautiful as it IS Sundance after all. I really enjoyed looking at all of the beautiful pieces of Robert Redford's personal collection that decorates and makes up the interior décor. The Native American theme is one I personally enjoy, so seeing the kachina dolls, baskets, pottery, textiles, etc. was really nice. It was fun to see the old photos from the filming of Jeremiah Johnson as well.The food was wonderful, even if I didn't know what it was as listed on the menu. The servers were patient and kind to explain what items were when asked. The bread, rolls, and honeybutter were fresh baked and amazing. The Sundance salad was tasty, and had nice crunch with the candied pecans. The Peppercorn filet steak was wonderfully tender with a light crust on the outside. The mashed potatoes were creamy and flavorful, and the steamed spinach atop them with the Mango chutney was a perfect combination. I'd definitely order that dish again.Dessert for me was the Mascarpone cheesecake. The presentation was odd for me, but the flavors worked and I'm glad I tried it.Definitely a five star experience here for me. Should be at least a once in a lifetime experience for you, too, if you'll give The Tree Room a try. You may find yourself back here more frequently once you've tried it!“

“Best Brazilian cuisine ever! Everything is made to feel that authentic Brazilian love and hospitality. Good for a small get together for lunch or a full takeout dinner! I will say my favorite things are the drinks, taste that you normally won't find in a store. You definitely won't go away hungry.“

“Have you ever eaten food so good it made you cry? I only have a few times, and one of them was tonight. Here at Lola's Street Kitchen.We randomly found ourselves in Midway, and needed dinner. Searched the highest-rated affordable place, and this came right up.Check the menu. Yes. So much yes.I got the portobella melt. Hubby got the steak melt.I can't think of a better sandwich I've ever had. And, kid you not, I cried as I finished the whole. Dang. Thing.The garlic Parmesan fries were soft and would have benefitted from additional soaking in water before frying, or a double fry, but our 3yo had no cares and devoured almost all of them, shockingly, because they were well-laden with Parmesan and garlic. So flavorful and delicious. Just needed crisping! On the flip side, the sweet potato fries were thin, crisp, and perfect. Their fry sauce reminds me more of Belgian Andalouse sauce and it's so good.We got takeout but just took it out to the curb and ate in the car right away.For dessert, the tres leches cake. Yaaaaas.“

“Went to Block last night with a friend and it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is classy yet cozy. Our server Darcy was wonderful. She gave helpful recommendations and was very friendly and attentive. There are almost no words for the food. Prepared with care, interesting flavor notes and combinations, and the farm to table approach is always something I appreciate. Delightful cocktail and wine selections as well. For those who have heartburn over the cost, it’s a true statement that you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for less expensive, do your research beforehand. Quality is worth the price.“

“We came here for a birthday dinner on a Friday night. My husband had come the night before for work and loved his food. He highly recommended the scones and the lobster nachos. We started with the scones for an appetizer. The honey butter and the apple butter were delicious to pair the scones with . I got the filet mignon and my husband got the chimichurri ribeye. The filet mignon was incredibly tender and juicy. It was the best meal I have ever had, hands down. My husband enjoyed his ribeye. Both of them were cooked exactly how we asked. They surprised us at the end with some birthday ice cream and creme brulee with Carmel popcorn on top. That was so thoughtful and they were delicious! The restaurant ambiance was perfectly quiet and romantic. Both of us remarked how the music was perfect. It was the perfect volume and they played romantic love songs. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a perfect meal with romantic views. Thank you! I can't wait to come back!“

“The crepes are good, especially if you take the time to customize them. There are a variety of toppings from fruits to chocolates to creams. The panini wasn't particularly noteworthy, by comparison. The one I ordered was small and didn't have much taste. Definitely a fun place for dessert, though.Parking: The parking lot is usually pretty busy but there are still plenty of stalls.“
