“I’m a frequent customer at Starbucks - Venti hot white mocha, no whip, with an extra shot and if I’m lucky enough to have Tristan or Liv at the drive thru, I don’t need to tell them what I’m ordering! They’re the reason I’m reviewing this Starbucks. Tristan and Liv are ABSOLUTELY the politest, outgoing, friendliest Starbucks employees I have ever met. They always take the time to chat with me and ask about my day, they’re always pleasant to visit with and they keep me coming back to this location even if I have to go out of the way. Although I haven’t chatted with your other employees, they too are always very pleasant! Please don’t let these employees get away! Give them a raise, benefits, etc. - it’s employees like them that keep customers coming back!
So, I’d like to say THANK YOU - Tristan and Liv for ALWAYS being so kind and ALWAYS doing such a great job, this old lady truly appreciates it!“

“They definitely have a rhythm to make sure folks get their order, great kids area, kiosk to order food. My only complaint is that if you do decide to pay cash they take forever to actually help you at the front. Why have it as an option of the kiosk if you are going to ignore the customer for 15 minutes until you actually assist them? (Maybe not their fault but the Kiosk for having it available, but they know it's there and should have someone stay on top of the front desk).“
