“We loved Pier Ice. There were so many flavors to choose from and the add ins like sweetened condensed milk, cream, or ice cream put it over the top. The ice is smooth and the ice cream was thick. It was the perfect treat. We loved that there was a table and chairs and even space on the grass to take our time and enjoy. We will be going back many times this summer!“

“We love Farr's Ice Cream. Every time we come to Ogden, we must make at least one trip to Farr's Ice Cream. There is no commercial Ice Cream
as good. Sides they have every favor you can imagine. We recommend anyone going to Ogden they have to go there. I have been eating Farr's for over 75 years. 😋“

“HANDELS IS MY NEW GO-TO!
I’d like to say my experience at Handels started out very disappointing for my first visit. That turned around real quick! After a quick message to the store directly about my concern I was contacted by a phone call within 24 hours from the General Manager, Stephanie AND the Franchise owner, Zach.

I am absolutely taken and so pleased with how this location took my issues and concerns. They talked to me on the phone, texted me and took VERY good care of me for my next couple of visits there. They truly have top tier customer service and care about every single customer that walks in those doors.

Manager Stephanie was so incredible and understanding to work with directly and is making sure her staff is fully trained on “the Handels way”.

I will 100% be back to Handels for their incredible ice cream, variety of flavors, and friendly staff.“

“I really like that this place is opened even with all the Corona crap going on. Kids are still able to have fun here and build their ice cream! It's a bit spendy tho. I brought 3 kids here and after my daughter's friend dropped his ice cream and I had to pay for that, it was well over $30 for 5 ice creams that weren't even half full. Still fun for the kids tho“

No one’s a jerk when you first meet them. I mean, we’re all nice at the beginning. It’s only when you face a challenge together that you see someone’s true colors, for better or worse. And companies are exactly the same. So, I owe it to Crumbl to share this experience.

I had an issue with the desserts I ordered, so I visited their website, emailed the Layton location, and posted a review. Within a day, I received a kind and apologetic email from the owner. She explained her plan to make it right and followed through the same day!

After asking the owner to take care of my problem, I’ve seen her true colors, and here’s what I found: she cares about her customers. She's responsive, responsible, humble, and filled to the brim with integrity! I went from a guy with a problem with my order to now a loyal customer. That's impressive!“

“This Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located alongside Cold Stone Creamery. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. They have most of the basic candies and candy/caramel apples, but they don't have everything that you can find in other places. They don't open until 4pm on Sunday. Good thing I checked online before going over there.“

“I got a custom cake made at this Layton location and the girl we went through was very cooperative and let us order what we wanted. She helped us decide on flavors and everything! We ordered it Wednesday night and she had it done on Thursday, we didn't even need till Saturday! Talk about speedy customer service! Besides the cool location in downtown Ogden, The place was very clean, the staff was very kind. There was no stinky Fabulosa floor cleaner being used which happens to flavor the “fresh” cones in most of the other locations.
And of course, the ice cream and mixes are amazing! I always go for the sweet cream with banana, caramel and double yellow cake!
