(Included with meal) and Butter Cake for dessert. And a strawberry lemonade it was delish! All was so delicious! I was so impressed with the corn tortillas! Freshly made and so soft. I even had to double check with the server that there wasn’t any flour added to them. They were so close to flour. So GF peeps you will love these. The chicken was very tender as well. “After about 10 visits, K's finally fell short for me. 90% is still an 'A', I guess. **I won't count the time I ordered an xl poke, but got the regular size.** I placed an online order about 40 minutes in advanced (because that was the soonest the system would allow). Everything seemed to be going to well, but after 40 minutes of waiting I show up and they say their systems are acting funny and they didn't get the order in. So after 40 minutes of waiting, no call, no text, no communication. I show up and the order hadn't even been prepared yet. So the young man puts the order in finally and I expect maybe another 10-15 minute wait, but no 30 minutes later (after already waiting 40 minutes) the order is finally ready. I couldn't believe after having such incredible service that this would happen. It's unfortunate, the owners are really nice people.“

We arrived at 5:15 PM on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy, but did fill up by the time we left an hour later. Others in our group ordered sandwiches or soup and generally everyone enjoyed their meal. I gave the food 4 stars instead of 5 due to the difficulty of grabbing the narrow slices without having the cheese in the center fall off. Maybe if the slices were wider? The Large was enough for the two of us and we got a box to bring home what we didn't eat. The serve staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice experience.“

“We ate the most creative and divine food last night at Communal. The portions are big and they are for sharing. The new summer salad with fresh peaches and corn was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The blend of flavors was absolutely amazing. Had I known how delicious it was beforehand I would have just ordered that for dinner. My husband and I shared the Greek chicken, crispy fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots with pistachios. Wonderful homemade rolls were served while we awaited our dinner. Everything is freshly cooked so plan to enjoy a wonderful, scrumptious and leisurely dinner. Wish we had time to go back and try some other dishes. Everything was presented beautifully and the service was excellent. A divine dining experience!“
