Preface: I am NOT AGAINST tipping food places, BUT after regularly getting Marco's for the past few months I've experimented a little bit. (This is not a sit down restaurant where you get waited on) It seems that if you don't leave a good tip the quality goes down significantly. (I order 1 to 2 times a week and tip pretty well 3 out of 4 times we come) We essentially order the same thing every time. This time we paid to get 3 sauce cups and only received 1, and our pizza had hardly any toppings on it. But when I've tipped well, we get the amount that should be on the pizza normally, along with all of our sauce cups.
I understand its a pizza joint and am not expecting perfection but getting noticeably worse quality on lesser tipped orders is sad and leads me to want to order elsewhere.

Original review: The pizza was great! As it usually is. Ordered online and chose the 'curbside pick-up' option. The pizza was ready, and I arrived and checked in online and sat and waited for over 5 minutes after arriving and decided to just go inside the store. It wasn't busy, and no one was in line, so I'm not sure what happened there. Good food, but I recommend just going inside instead of waiting for them to bring it to you. 5 extra minutes of my food losing it's heat and freshness.“

“We went here for Saturday brunch and there wasn’t a wait at all! Super cute atmosphere and fun menu choices, and the french toast was phenomenal. Only negative for us - the sausage patty on the breakfast sandwich was essentially an enormous Italian meatball in a not-super-positive way. Dinner menu looks lovely too and we’ll be excited to try it one day soon!“

“The food was AMAZING!!! Huge portions, great wait service! A good price for your food!!!The tomato sauce was a little sweet, something I've never had, but really enjoyed. As we were celebrating our anniversary, they took really good care of us and didn't little extra on our shared dessert, carrot cake. It was creamy and delicious!!! Love this place so much!!!“

You order at the counter and take a number to the table and the food comes out pretty quick. We also met the owner Margarita and she was so lovely and kind. “Stopped in with a friend for soup and salad. The server, Ian, was so wonderful. He was the perfect combo of helpful and giving us the space we needed to catch up. On top of it all, when looking for hot chocolate (which they don’t have), he offered to make me some by warming up chocolate milk. What a stellar guy. Would highly recommend.“

“What a hidden gem! Just stopped by cause we were in the area and didn’t know what to expect. I got the shrimp pesto pasta, focaccia, and cannolis. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I believe it was owner who took care of us and she was so kind and provided great service. We can’t wait to go back and try the pasta Bolognese and tiramisu.“

“Recently I ordered three trays of food, meatballs, eggplant, and Lasagna. The food was very good and the price was reasonable. I'm an Italian from New York so I know what good Italian food should taste like.“

“I always love Olive Garden. We arrived at this location for a mid afternoon meal. My spouse got the gluten-free pasta in a marinara sauce with Italian sausage. I ordered the chicken parmesan lunch portion. It normally comes with spaghetti. I substituted Fettuccine Alfredo. Somehow, the kitchen staff misinterpreted the order, and they gave me alfredo sauce with spaghetti noodles, and they put no alfredo sauce on my chicken parmesan instead of marinara sauce. Our server offered to replace the dish but we didn't have a whole lot of time so I told her it would be okay. She did bring me some marinara sauce to pour over the top of my chicken parmesan. Overall it turned out to be an amazing meal. The unintended changes to my dish turned out to be something new for me and I really enjoyed it. And the server was extremely attentive, I wish I could remember her name to share it with all of you.“

“Service was excellent. I live in So Jordan and am simply grateful for every new restaurant that offers table service and a cloth napkin. The food was good. We went for lunch. The kale salad, burrata and short rib sandwich were all great. One of the party ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich and did not like the spicy aioli on it, but otherwise liked it. Or server was wonderful! I wish I could remember her name…“

He checked in on us often without ever being overbearing, made great recommendations, and kept our drinks, breadsticks, and soups/salads coming right on time.

Conner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about giving guests a great experience. Service like his is rare these days, and it honestly made the whole meal so much better.“

“We are big fans of Koyote, especially the vegan Tantan-men and tofu whip, so when this Japanese-Italian fusion restaurant opened we were eager to check it out. Thankfully, there are vegan options on the menu, and they’re quite good. An additional vegan entrée would make the choices even better.

The décor of the restaurant is stunning. The wine selection was pretty good. The service was great as well. Overall, a great addition to Salt Lake City’s dining scene.“

“Really good by-the-slice lunch deals + full pizza in the NY thin-crust style. They will throw it back in the oven and get it is as crispy/blackened as you like it. Nice undercarriage and not too floppy, particularly if you ask for it extra crispy.

This is part of a small chain with 3 locations in New York. The pizza here is consistently good and as good as any that I have had in New York.

“We celebrated our anniversary at Le Beouf, and everything was perfect! The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made us feel special the entire evening. The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor and beautifully presented. To top it off, they surprised us with a free dessert for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. “My first time here and the pizza is New York style. We had the pepperoni pizza and the crust is thin. The sauce was tasty and the pepperoni was really good I highly recommend this place. Great decor.“

“I bought a large pizza and a 6 inch sub. The pizza did not disappoint. However the sub did. It barely had anything in it. It was a steak and cheese and needless to say it was more bread than steak and cheese. The service was good, and everything else was good. I would buy pizza here again, but there is no value to the subs unfortunately if this is what we get for $6.99“
