“The New York style pizza was pretty good. Went there on Mother’s Day because my wife was working and she wanted something fast.

The pizza that was offered was in a warming area. It tasted fine, but a bit stale. The service was fast, and they throw your slice into a hearth-type oven to warm it up, so it was served hot. Just not as fresh as I would have liked.

It was about $5.00 per slice and the fountain drinks were a bit high-priced. Not a very big selection.

They had a whole 6 foot tall glass refrigerator full of deserts that looked amazing, (didn’t have the desert).

They also had calzones, which took a bit longer to make, because they were fresh.

Over all great food. A bit on the expensive side, but I think it was worth it! Great job Sergio’s!“

“OMG what can I say? This place is run by a great guy (Josh). And he works so hard at keeping this place in tiptop shape in so many ways. I know that when they make the food, I'm going to be receiving truly great customer service. I have seen him and great crew make my food exactly how its asked, which for me can be quite detailed). He truly goes above and beyond and he offers a big amount of support in encouraging that his team follow the customer satisfaction path in all ways of truly great service. That says a lot about a person and his team. His number one importance is customer satisfaction with the whole process of ordering and receiving your food as well as being happy with it. “We ordered takeout tonight. Had the Bucatini with meat sauce, a bit spicy but very good. Also the Pappardelle la Americana which was excellent! My New York Italian-American wife said the meatballs were very good, not an easy compliment to come by. We also had the Panzanella veggie salad to start, also very good & not overdressed.

This food was on par with much more expensive Italian places, a nice surprise.

“Noticed no very recent reviews? Well, anyway went on a Wednesday after 5 and not too busy... yet. Seated and served all pretty quick checked on and kept us in drinks filled replenished bread. Food was great. Average meals ordered was fish and pasta and chicken.“

“-INITIAL REACTION- We walked in to a seat yourself sign. It was packed but we got lucky that they were wiping down a two top near the bar right as we walked in. Our server Erik was there within a minute with water, wished us a happy valentines, and told us about the specials for the night. While he grabbed our drink orders, a blackberry mule and a soda, we looked at the menu. -FOOD- My wife was already sold on the surf and turf. I was trying to decided between a burger, pasta, or pizza when the table behind us got their food and the fish and chips looked too good. We also got an order of the croquettes, we did 2 ham and cheese and 2 regular. The croquettes came out quickly and were crispy, massive, and cheesy, with two really good sauces (garlic aioli and spicy tomato) to dip. The haddock was massive and the breading was perfectly crisp, the fish was light and nicely seasoned and was perfectly complemented by the tartar sauce (which tasted fresh and I would guess is made in house but I didn't verfiy that). The Asian slaw was tangy and fresh and the chips were some of the best I've had, reat seasoning, crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, almost a midway between potato wedges and potato skins. My wife got the Surf n Turf special and it was delicious. The prime rib was in a red wine reduction sauce, the steak was cooked beautifully. The potatoes were creamy and buttery. I didn't personally try the lobster but my wife said it was amazing. -SERVICE- We were served by Erik and he did fantastic, was quick, personable, attentive, gave great recommendations, and never once did my soda reach the bottom before he was checking if I wanted a refill. Towards the end of the meal we were visited by the manager Marc to see how everything was and ended up chatting with him for a while. He got us boxes, gave tips on reheating and gave us some to go containers of the sauces. Overall the service was some of the best we've gotten in recent memory. -COST- The average plate is about $20-30 and honestly for the quality and the amount of food you get it is extremely fair imo.“

“I left my backpack here and one of the managers brought it ALL the way to Eagle Mountain (30 minutes away) and dropped it off at my school for me.
