“The food was good and portions overall great for pizza, pasta, and dessert. The salad is a side salad and not worth the $10 it costs. Their menu could have better descriptions and drinks listed. I felt the menu just felt confusing if you don’t know pasta names. I thought service was great and our waitress was great. Atmosphere is a little bland and loud. I might come again, but for the price it’s not at the top of my list. For drinks and main courses, plus a few shared desserts, we spent around $40 a person, which is a lot for “casual” spot.“

The food here is incredibly fresh and very tasty. Every dish that hit the table had excellent presentation—visually stunning and artfully plated. If you're looking for a recommendation, the steak and eggs is highly recommended. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, tender, and incredibly flavorful.

Beyond the kitchen, the service was friendly, warm, and attentive throughout our entire meal. Our overall experience for Sunday breakfast was very good, and it’s easily a new family favorite.

“This is the best Italian restaurant in AMERICA! My husband and I visited Salt Lake City 2 weeks ago on vacation and walked into this place without planning ahead and we were really surprised when we saw such a beautiful interior, and the food surprised us even more! We tried the panini, the pasta with vodka sauce, and the whipped brie (it was so delicious that we wanted to move to this city just to eat this magnificence EVERY DAY!). The manager told us about the person who opened this place and how they bring ingredients directly from Italy. Guys, thank you for what you do, you are so cool and talented, I want to come to your restaurant every day but I live in California 😭

“Open space with minimal seating. Patio seating and outside seating is avaliable this tune of year. The music was not too loud. Constant flow of people. My sandwich was perfect and I liked being able to add only the toppings I wanted. I recommend yhe fruit tart. The people working here seem really glad to be at work, were friendly, were smiling. Really great place to eat. The dessert selection is so good. I wish I could fit a cannoli in.“

Keval at the bar is absolutely amazing and very friendly, he told us what was good on the menu and it did not disappoint us at all!!!

“I stopped by for lunch on a Wednesday and didn't have to wait for a table. The food was hot and delicious and came out quickly! Kyle was my server and he was kind and helpful! There are plenty of seats, with booths or tables available. The atmosphere is good for chatting with friends or dining alone! Everything was very clean too.“

We were actually eating dessert with butter knives and stolen silverware from other tables. Water glasses remained empty. It's not a cheap place to eat. “ad a really good date night at Junah this past Saturday (6/20/26). It's Italian-Japanese fusion, which seems like an unusual pairing to me, but I feel it worked very well.

Standouts were the miso cod, Aurora crudo, tagliolino al mentaiko, and matcha tiramisu. The cod was the overall winner. My wife said it was one of the best things she's ever eaten, which is high praise from her.

Overall, I thought it was one of the more interesting upscale meals I've had in Salt Lake recently. The vibe was not stuffy at all, and we had a great time and incredible service.

Low light was the inability to seat us for our reservation on time despite a text confirming our table was ready. I hope they can get that figured out!“

“Our waitress, Aisha, was absolutely phenomenal. I honestly don't know how she kept up with so many tables on such a busy night, but she did it with incredible poise, warmth, and professionalism. She never seemed rushed or flustered, yet somehow she was always attentive and made us feel like we were her priority. I was genuinely impressed.

“-INITIAL REACTION- We walked in to a seat yourself sign. It was packed but we got lucky that they were wiping down a two top near the bar right as we walked in. Our server Erik was there within a minute with water, wished us a happy valentines, and told us about the specials for the night. While he grabbed our drink orders, a blackberry mule and a soda, we looked at the menu. -FOOD- My wife was already sold on the surf and turf. I was trying to decided between a burger, pasta, or pizza when the table behind us got their food and the fish and chips looked too good. We also got an order of the croquettes, we did 2 ham and cheese and 2 regular. The croquettes came out quickly and were crispy, massive, and cheesy, with two really good sauces (garlic aioli and spicy tomato) to dip. The haddock was massive and the breading was perfectly crisp, the fish was light and nicely seasoned and was perfectly complemented by the tartar sauce (which tasted fresh and I would guess is made in house but I didn't verfiy that). The Asian slaw was tangy and fresh and the chips were some of the best I've had, reat seasoning, crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, almost a midway between potato wedges and potato skins. My wife got the Surf n Turf special and it was delicious. The prime rib was in a red wine reduction sauce, the steak was cooked beautifully. The potatoes were creamy and buttery. I didn't personally try the lobster but my wife said it was amazing. -SERVICE- We were served by Erik and he did fantastic, was quick, personable, attentive, gave great recommendations, and never once did my soda reach the bottom before he was checking if I wanted a refill. Towards the end of the meal we were visited by the manager Marc to see how everything was and ended up chatting with him for a while. He got us boxes, gave tips on reheating and gave us some to go containers of the sauces. Overall the service was some of the best we've gotten in recent memory. -COST- The average plate is about $20-30 and honestly for the quality and the amount of food you get it is extremely fair imo.“
