“This is our favorite go to for Japanese food. Always delicious, great sushi and ramen. Close to the theater makes it great for date night. Delicious mochi ice cream!!!

“We enjoyed a feast SAKE Ramen & Sushi Bar with a few members of the Utah Foodie Fam. To start the sushi was all really fresh and tasted awesome! “The ramen is so flavorful, the pork belly is soft and juicy, the drink selection is fire, the UT spicy ramen is our favorite! I would suggest if you love spicy get the inferno on the side and add to taste-I eat very spicy amd even for me I only added half but its delicious!
The UT Pork Bun is bomb, soft and crunchy at the same time with a perfect consistency!
We have tried the fried calamari, the pork buns, the gyoza, the karaoke rice bowl and of course the ramen! We have already been back twice in the span of 10 days, you gotta check em out!“

“I love this place and the ramen is excellent. Wait times are long. they moved to an electronic menu that is hard to use. Where’s the server if I have questions? Cell service is slow so use Wi-Fi (which they don’t tell you) . Feels like the owners just want to take orders and serve ramen. Also they have tissues instead of napkins. Weird. I still come here a lot but don’t expect a vibe.“

“I recently visited Tosh’s ramen restaurant and tried their spicy tonkotsu ramen, which was very good. The flavor was rich and tasty. While the restaurant itself isn’t the most aesthetically pleasant place, it definitely serves its purpose: delivering hearty, flavorful ramen that hits the spot. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for quality ramen and don’t mind a simple environment.“

“Loved the calm and simplistic atmosphere, and the food was incredibly satisfying! Definitely surpassed my expectations. The staff was sweet, prompt, and helpful, and the owner (Lily) was personable and caring. We will definitely be returning for many more date nights to come! We each ordered the tonkatsu ramen and we shared the Texas roll. We have now visited twice in one week to try more sushi, and it was great!“

“My wife is a foodie and wanted to show me this place. Upon entering I had my hesitations… but after trying the Curry Ramen I knew that I had just found my new favorite ramen place. I recommend this place to anyone who has a love for ramen! My son's also loved the pictures on the wall and especially the katana that was displayed on the Front counter!“

“We stopped by this ramen place after visiting the zoo at night..it was freezing cold, and this was the only “noodles” place open late, so we decided to give it a try. The food was pretty good, but it’s definitely on the pricey side. Ramen in Utah is a bit overpriced in general.
The noodles didn’t taste like traditional ramen, more like homemade noodles, but they were still tasty. We also ordered the chili pork dumplings, which weren’t quite what I expected (I thought they’d be similar to the ones from DTF), but they were okay.
Overall, it was a nice warm meal on a cold night, just wish the prices were a little more reasonable!“
