“It's a quiet restaurant, but I did go right before closing. The crown burger topped with pastrami is pretty darn big. I ordered a small onion rings... What a huge portion! I can't imagine what a large is like! Everything was delicious. I left stuffed!“

“It's an old school A frame building which i love the nostalgia but i wish they'd get their workers some AC instead of a swamp cooler. And maybe put a bit into maintenance as the outside is showing a bit of wear. The food was good, not sure what the fries were cooked in but definitely has a different flavor than anywhere else, not good or bad. The chili cheese beef dog on pretzle bread was soooo good and definitely hit the spot as always. I recommend checking this place out and giving them a shot.“

The service was great. I did see an employee pick up a chicken tender from the counter and put it back in a customer's order. He did pick it up with a napkin but gross. I would have asked for a different tender.
It was WAY to loud in there with the music.

“Are portion sizes reduced lately? Not today at this location. I sometimes do a French fry pig-out. Fries only and a water cup. I got a large fry. I ate everything from the tall cup and refilled it from the bag. I ate that and refilled it AGAIN, full. Just barely able to eat all these fries, and I was hungry. Friendly staff. Fries fresh and hot. Good job!“

“Went through the drive-thru and was helped almost immediately with someone who sounds happy. I had to ask a few questions since I was also getting my dog a treat, and they helpfully told me you can get a grilled chicken patty!

“I get a half a day off once a month so I went to arbys on 5600 west and 3500 south ordered a chicken bacon and Swiss with jalapeño poppers… I got home and only had the sandwich No poppers and no receipt… I didn’t have time to go back but I called and was told that they will put me in the manager’s book for a free combo all I need is the manager’s name that I talked with about this and they didn’t need my name… So I need to remember her name for a month… Meanwhile I’m out for the price of the jalapeño poppers…. “Tastes just like my favorite Chinese food I grew up on. Probably more of an American style Chinese, but done well. I was offered a sample of the honey chicken and ended up changing what I was going to order because it was so good. It is in a mall food court, so atmosphere is ok, but not horrible. Overall, I'll be back for sure“

“The food is great, however... I agree with another reviewer that the day shift is okay but the night crew has some issues. Not friendly, seem bored, and last night, June 1st 2019, they closed an hour early stating it was because they were shorthanded and had only 2 people working. The girl whose name I did not get, did not even seem apologetic. "We're closed." That's it. Nothing more until pressed for a reason. While I understand that can happen, the next place we went to had ONE person and did just fine. I like Arby's, just not the lack of service sometimes.“

“The Men’s restroom here smells so terrible it’s best to avoid having to use it. Now that that’s out of the way: The food is good. Drinks are always correct and the service is timely. TIP YOUR SERVERS here they some make much hourly and the servers have mentioned to me that they don’t get tipped often anymore.“

We've gone a bunch of times now and it's been awesome every time. The gyros are bomb. The lemon rice and dolmates hit the spot! The salads are good. The baklava is amazing!“
