“It's a quiet restaurant, but I did go right before closing. The crown burger topped with pastrami is pretty darn big. I ordered a small onion rings... What a huge portion! I can't imagine what a large is like! Everything was delicious. I left stuffed!“

“I mean it’s a hot dog shack not much else. It’s hard to find a real Chicago style hotdog in the SLC area but they got close enough. They had hotdogs for everyone. Even had a Mac and cheese dog. Of course the classic chili cheese dog was there also.“

The service was great. I did see an employee pick up a chicken tender from the counter and put it back in a customer's order. He did pick it up with a napkin but gross. I would have asked for a different tender.
It was WAY to loud in there with the music.
Drive thru for me from now on.“

“Are portion sizes reduced lately? Not today at this location. I sometimes do a French fry pig-out. Fries only and a water cup. I got a large fry. I ate everything from the tall cup and refilled it from the bag. I ate that and refilled it AGAIN, full. Just barely able to eat all these fries, and I was hungry. Friendly staff. Fries fresh and hot. Good job!“

“Went through the drive-thru and was helped almost immediately with someone who sounds happy. I had to ask a few questions since I was also getting my dog a treat, and they helpfully told me you can get a grilled chicken patty!

I was able to order quickly, the lady at the counter with the black hair who I think may have been one of the managers there was incredibly sweet and got my order right and out in a very timely manner. I was offered a sample of the honey chicken and ended up changing what I was going to order because it was so good. It is in a mall food court, so atmosphere is ok, but not horrible. Overall, I'll be back for sure“

“I get a half a day off once a month so I went to arbys on 5600 west and 3500 south ordered a chicken bacon and Swiss with jalapeño poppers… I got home and only had the sandwich No poppers and no receipt… I didn’t have time to go back but I called and was told that they will put me in the manager’s book for a free combo all I need is the manager’s name that I talked with about this and they didn’t need my name… So I need to remember her name for a month… Meanwhile I’m out for the price of the jalapeño poppers…. I’ll eat my $10.00+ sandwich and try to remember.,,“

“The food is great, however... I agree with another reviewer that the day shift is okay but the night crew has some issues. Not friendly, seem bored, and last night, June 1st 2019, they closed an hour early stating it was because they were shorthanded and had only 2 people working. The girl whose name I did not get, did not even seem apologetic. "We're closed." That's it. Nothing more until pressed for a reason. While I understand that can happen, the next place we went to had ONE person and did just fine. I like Arby's, just not the lack of service sometimes.“

“The Men’s restroom here smells so terrible it’s best to avoid having to use it. Now that that’s out of the way: The food is good. Drinks are always correct and the service is timely. TIP YOUR SERVERS here they some make much hourly and the servers have mentioned to me that they don’t get tipped often anymore.“

My Favorite Fast Food Restaurant is Taco Bell but I’m so Happy to have this one close to my House, this is a new location and I can see that there is room for improvement in the Customer service area for what I can see on other reviews, But I was helped by Caren and one other Girl at the drive through very pleasant and attractive.
I had the Mexican Pizza and I can for certain say is the very best excelente portion temperature was right and super tasty.

I will come and Dine in to do a separate review. Did not rate the atmosphere because of that reason.
