“The Sea Bass was a total suprise. More often than not I am dissapointed when I order fish. Not the case here. The presentation was superb. The blend of flavors, textures and colors was an epicurean delight. Our waiter/bartender Damany was thoughtful, always on point without being intrusive. I really enjoyed the mocktail options. It's on the pricey side, so I definitely consider this a date night destination rather than a regular dinner spot. We came for lunch, and had no problem being seated, but I'm sure this place fills up for dinner so I would recommend reservations“

“Randomly found out about this place after having dinner with a friend at the sushi restaurant upstairs. It looked like a cute modernly decorated bar once we entered and it was. The music was GREAT, the bartenders were lovely and super attentive! The drinks had delicious interesting flavors and definitely gave you that kick you’re looking for after midnight. We got to sit at the bar to enjoy your cocktails.“

Only thing is that they seemed incredibly understaffed. The very kind host/waiter seemed incredibly overwhelmed and was virtually the only staff member we saw in the establishment. Note that they were at capacity, and we were early, so they didn’t let us in until at our reservation time and even a bit after.“

The food was fabulous from the bread to the scallops to the salmon and the steak frites. And, of course, the dessert was perfect, though it was a difficult choice. A perfect evening.“

We always have a tuna and oysters! We started with the vegetable pakora, perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor, followed by the light and fluffy vegan roti and shrimp kabob, which was tender and perfectly spiced! The yellow dal was rich and packed with flavor. To finish, we had the kheer - also heavenly. The service was superb, and Raj, the owner, was the most gracious host. “I don’t ever leave reviews due to my laziness, but today I decided to leave my very first review for this lovely place! This is our first experience at The Study. I honestly didn’t know what to expect as the restaurant seemed quite small.

We knew about the l live piano performance but it exceeded our expectations. Derek’s performance was so lovely and he sings really well! We love musics like such so it definitely made our experience even better!

Sean served us and he is absolutely a pleasant person to be greeted by - very friendly and sweet. Take his recs!

The food? It absolutely blew my mind - so healthy, clean, yet very flavorful. I can tell that ingredients were very fresh. We had arroz con mariscos and fried fish with avocado rice. I got obsessed with the avocado rice that came with the fried fish - rich in olive oil and lime (i think)! We absolutely cleared our plates leaving nothing behind. Chef Guzman gave us complimentary gaspachos and desserts for us to try and she came to ask how things were, which I thought was lovely.

Cocktails - delicious!! we had the one with coconut cream and another one with guava. SO GOOD! I think we’d even come back just for the drinks as well.

We already know that we’ll be back here again very soon. Before coming in I thought it was a bit pricey but having had the experience the experience is worth every penny. I highly recommend for cozy family dinners and date nights. You won’t regret!!“

“We go frequently. Love this place and of course tonight did not disappoint! Absolutely delicious. The baked pasta special and my go to gnocchi along with the best Caesar salad always yummy bread snd fantastic tiramisu made for an awesome dinner and night out. Also yummy refreshing cocktails!“

“We got the happy hour menu and thought the prices were pretty good for the amount of food you got. Walking by other tables, every single dish or pizza look delicious, so I definitely want to come back and try more food. Inside it was a little loud, but then again we were sitting in the bar area. They also have outdoor seating which is nice, even though it's next to busy South Washington Street.“

“A solid restaurant, servers are responsive. We visited during brunch so they were very busy. We order a variety of dishes. We were satisfied with most except the grits. The dishes with grits are not made in a southern style grit. It’s a completely different grit . So if you like southern style grits these grits will not be for you. The staff was very responsive in trying to acomódate after sending back the dishes.“
