“Absolutely loved this Starbucks!
The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming — I truly enjoyed being there.
But the highlight was the grande oat milk cappuccino — honestly, the best I’ve ever had anywhere! Perfectly balanced, smooth, and just delicious.
I’ll definitely be coming back“

“This is my neighborhood Starbucks and it is one of the best in the area. Coffee/food is always consistent and quick and the staff is so incredibly nice and welcoming and always go out of their way to say hi, even on quick mobile order pickups.“

“Cute Starbucks set in historic building. Love that they kept this the way it was and didn't modernize it too much. Nice place to sit and get a coffee. Drinks were good. One barista was a little confused and it took him several tries to correctly input our order, but the other one got the drinks made right the first time and both were friendly.“

“We had breakfast at this location. It was a short walk from our hotel so it was convenient. We also selected it because it had outdoor seating. We ordered 2 bacon sausage egg wraps, 1 spinach feta wrap, a Mocha cookie crumble, 1 latte, and the frozen pineapple strawberry lemonade. The drinks were fine. The bacon sausage wraps were not good. My husband ate his, but I fed mine to animals passing by. The service was great, and the atmosphere was as well. I'd visit this location again, but I'll stick to the cheese Danish or something else.“

“So it is 2:43 PM on November 21st 2024 I ordered a Vente iced caramel macchiato when I asked for a refill I was told I couldn’t get one on iced caramel macchiato when the thing says you get a free refill but the young lady the perky slightly chunky one said I couldn’t, but the thing says on the advertisement you can get a refill on any drink hot or cold and since I got a iced caramel macchiato, she told me I couldn’t. She didn’t want to scan the app. She didn’t wanna do nothing the one time that I wanna do it, I can’t because somebody doesn’t wanna make me one and I Paid for my first drink, but they wouldn’t allow me to get the second one. She lied and I know it. I am a bit disgruntled by that experience“

“This location serves as my regular coffee stop before heading into work, and I felt compelled to review it due to the consistently excellent service provided by the team. My order is always prepared perfectly, and the customer service is outstanding. While my positive experience may be partly attributed to visiting before the morning rush, I have consistently had a great experience each time I’ve been there.“

“My bf and I always come here for my coffee. I’m not the most sociable person with strangers but they’re super sweet to us. they also complimented my outfits a couple of times and always make my lattes rlly tasty. :) they do an amazing job and try their best.“

“Due to some poor planning (by me), I wound having more than an hour to kill in Alexandria before a work meeting. I made my way to this Starbucks, and it turned out to be perfect: 1) It was quiet and conducive to getting some work done while waiting 2) The staff was extraordinarily friendly, greeting customers like old friends (which some of them might have been) and making a loiterer like myself feel welcome 3) There was no door code for the bathroom and no wifi password – so I didn’t feel like I was under suspicion. I felt sort of human. Which is a welcome feeling these days.

“I had a wonderful experience at the Starbucks inside Safeway recently, thanks to the fantastic customer service provided by Caroline. She was incredibly kind and super helpful at the desk, making sure my order was just right and even offering great suggestions. Caroline truly goes above and beyond for her customers, and her warm smile made my day. Plus, I couldn’t help but notice the adorable cat pins on her hat—they added such a fun and personal touch! I’ll definitely be returning, thanks to Caroline’s excellent service. Highly recommend stopping by!“

“This is one of the closer Starbucks to me, and I love coming here because the staff are so friendly all the time :) Look at this cute doodle one of them drew in my coffee today! Totally makes my drink so much more special 🥹

There's also a nice little playground for youngins next to it. Pretty solid Starbucks.“

“I love this Starbucks MAINLY for the William. He is so nice like genuinely the most amazing barista I have had I think ever lol. I come back for the atmosphere here because it is calm and relaxing and the long window booth is very comfortable and it's easy to work here.“

I understand that it must be ridiculously busy with that wall coming down as well as that amazon store opening and despite that I constantly receive speedy service. “The staff here are always super friendly and welcoming. There isn't anything particularly special about this Starbucks except it is conveniently located by Lowes so it is easy to get a quick caffeine fix after shopping. I ate a breakfast sandwich there once it was just ok. It wasn't substantial enough to fill me up but I'm a big guy so it take alot more food.“

“Spending the day in Alexandria and working our way back to the Metro Station, we stopped off at this branch for drinks from the Starbucks Iced Coffee range. Friendly, busy staff, and with a good ambience about the place, duly refreshed we made our way to the station.“

“Waiting a really long time for a spinach wrap, only to find out that they had placed it down at the other end of the counter. No big deal except they had been handing them out at the end I was on. They seem to remember all the loyal customers, made it seem more like family. Besides that sanfu everything was really good.“

“I called a few mins ago to ask a question for heath reason and they were polite and informative. i liked that they were pretty fast and knew what they were talking about. wished they it was a bit slower because of the clarity barrier from the phone.“

“I liked this Starbucks for its location and ambiance. Staff Tiara and Alfonse were very helpful in navigating me through the internet. Since my order was just regular coffee, it was delivered quickly without any waiting period. I could finish my project work with sheer concentration.“

“The Barista Ale was very nice and helped me figure out if i really wanted to try the new drink or not. She gave me her honest opinion with excellent feedback on customizing it to better suit my taste. The food did take longer than usual, but in their defense they took multiple drink orders behind mine. I wasnt upset as my drinks came out fast, the food only a minute later.
The cafe itself is quite clean, skinny long layout with few two-people seating, window high-seats, and one big shared table.
They default using to-go cups/bags but for here is available upon request.
