“I had to leave a review after my experience at Chip City because Ricardo seriously went above and beyond.

I came in super indecisive and honestly a little overwhelmed with all the options, and he didn’t rush me at all. He walked me through the flavors, gave honest recommendations, and even helped me put together a mix based on what I told him I usually like. You could tell he actually cared about making sure I got something I’d enjoy instead of just getting me in and out.

At one point I changed my mind twice (not my proudest moment 😂), and he stayed patient the entire time, super friendly and helpful the whole way through. He even suggested warming one of the cookies a certain way, and it ended up being one of the best cookies I’ve had.

Customer service like that is rare now. Ricardo made the whole experience feel personal instead of transactional. Definitely the reason I’ll be coming back.“

Enjoyed everything — the dulce de leche in the chajá was so rich, and I surprisingly enjoyed the nutella in the red velvet cake — but the key lime pie was a standout. Usually I find that places make key lime pie too sweet for my taste and this one does NOT have that problem 😂 Would definitely order from here again!“

“Lazy Mike’s is a classic neighborhood diner serving vegan, vegetarian, and meat dishes. You can substitute vegan meats for lots of the meat dishes including hot dogs, impossible burger patties, and veggie sausage. They even have vegan sorbet at the ice cream counter. “I came across this chocolate shop while shopping in Georgetown, and I decided to check it out. I ordered a large hot chocolate- and I'm sure glad I did. The hot chocolate was the single best hot chocolate I may have had in my life. The drink was rich with flavor unlike other hot chocolates I have had through the years at chain coffee shops or the powdered stuff you make at home. The price for a large was a bit over 10 dollars - so be prepared for a bit of sticker shock. At first, I thought the cost was ridiculous, but the drink lived up to the cost. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Georgetown so I can stop in again.“

“I LOVE MILLY. She is such a sweet lady. Also, very beautiful at that. Her sense of style shows through her jewelry and I really feel like the way she treated me wasn't just customer service. She really is just a good person. She is so patient and so friendly. That's the type of people that belong in customer service!! She is an ideal hire.

I also believe that Sheila hires off of looks because the team I was served by was very beautiful. If I were a requiter, I'd hire them all to model! The two baristas were also very helpful. And *very* good looking. The stunning Asian girl who made my Cappuccino made sure it was extra dry like I asked and was so kind about it. With Milly, I had forgot to ask for extra dry and decaf, so the asian girl had already made it like a regular Cappuccino. But when I asked for a remake, she did so without looking at me like I was the worst person in the world lolz 😆 she just smiled, marked the wrong drink, and asked the handsome Samoan guy to help her make it.

I really did feel like I was at a host bar like they do in Japan. Each person I interacted with was so friendly. Milly was my favourite because I got to chat with her most. I look forward to my next visit!!“
