“This is a really cool spot. The inside is nicely decorated, with lots of dog pictures!! They have lots of options. You can get the hot dogs as beef, veggie, or chicken. I got the Buffalo (blue cheese crumbles, chopped celery, sriracha, and ranch) and House (onion relish, mustard, mayo, celery salt) I really enjoyed both, especially the House Dog!! This is a Black owned, gourmet hot dog spot! Very cool!“

“Oh K-Dog can be a bit hit-or-miss. The food is fantastic -- all the K-dogs and sauces are amazing, and the toast sandwiches are absolutely delicious! However, service can sometimes be slow, and orders don't always come out in the right queue order. If you're on a short lunch break, you might want to plan ahead. Still, the flavors make it worth visiting when you have the time.“

“In DC for a layover. Chick-fil-A was closed, and we were really craving burgers. I love all of the different options for toppings, and the food came out relatively quick. The french fries were tasty. Not super crisp, but salt usually helps make everything taste better. I got a burger without a bun, and the foil container. It came in, was really nice. It was very convenient and easy to eat. I will be excited when Chick-fil-A opens back up, but this was a worthy substitute.“

“Visiting DC and stopped for breakfast, Latrell took our order, was very nice and personable, while we were enjoying our meal the manager asked how we were doing and our experience there. We told her we were visiting DC and she took the time to tell us about DC and the surrounding areas. She was very pleasant and they really made it a great experience for us, if you ever visit or frequent this establishment your in for a treat, their really great people!“

“We went to the Mono (Georgetown) location and our burgers were excellent. The staff was friendly and the space was clean. There was outdoor seating enjoyed by many, but we chose to sit indoors and people-watch in the charming, bustling area on a Sunday afternoon. Great experience as out-of-towners!“
“This is the best Five Guys I have been to in a long time. When I heard they were essentially reopening the first five guys I had to check this place out and honestly it was like they were working at a higher standard than most other stores to live up to it being the original or something. My burger was great, the fries were perfect, the people working there were friendly and helpful and there was even a neat Mural on the wall that made this location feel special. Good Job!“
“I went to this place specifically for the bourbon chicken as it is a favorite. It was terrible, dry and without any sauce at all. However, the black pepper chicken was great. The fried rice and the mixed vegetables were very good also. The service was good and staff was friendly.“

“Kimberly and Jaime were simply great - service with a smile - and their lady manager - wow, she was efficient and on it!
Watching her work and get orders out and take care of issues quick and efficient - if I had a business in DC I would steal her and the girls. They made our local experience seem welcoming and paced for our tastes - the personal touch is so important and this team made it for us.
We're heading back to Omaha, but if we visit again, we'll visit this restaurant just for the people.“

They messed up my salad. Who had the idea to leave my eggs off of the leaves?!! 🥗.
I went back to get my hard boiled egg and I was given the egg by itself when I wanted a whole new salad for free and I deserved one as well. I had to walk two blocks to get my egg.

“I had a fantastic experience at Jersey Mike's Subs - Clarendon, and I especially want to recognize Nick for going above and beyond.
From the moment I walked in, Nick was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He handled a busy rush with ease, stayed attentive to every customer, and made sure each order was prepared perfectly. My sub was made exactly as requested — fresh, generous with the toppings, and neatly wrapped. You can tell he takes pride in both the quality of the food and the overall customer experience.
What stood out most was Nick’s positive attitude and attention to detail. Even during a busy period, he made the interaction feel personal and unhurried. That level of service makes a big difference and is the reason I’ll gladly return to this location.

For sure I know they take accountability for their actions because I made my first order n they gave me steak instead of chicken, it was fixed right away with no questions asked.
