If you’re going to come more than once - get their app or visit the website because you can end up waiting for one iPad they have. Your food is stored in a locker until you come to pick it up.The experience was interesting and the food was tasty - but heated items (sausage biscuit) lost its heat in about 5 minutes. Eat quick for best results.“

“So happy I finally got to try this place! The biscuits were huge and some of the best I've ever had. The Firebird was tasty, and the shiitake mushroom gravy was out of this world. I was a bit sad that they didn't include whipped cream and strawberries for my French Toast Biscuits. They were very pretty online- a heads up would have been nice....since I paid for it! It is a little on the pricey side but the portions are huge. Come hungry!Vegetarian options: The shiitake mushroom gravy is AMAZING. A must try!“

“We went to the West Broad St. IHOP for breakfast and ordered orange juice and sweet tea, the Bacon Temptation Omelette, and the Big Steak Omelette. We also ordered the 3 buttermilk pancakes. Our server, Liz, was friendly and very attentive. She stopped by to check on us several times, and our conversations were great! We really enjoyed talking to her she made our visit very enjoyable!
