“I did not get a chance to eat at this restaurant, but the kindness of their employees does not go unnoticed.

My train was delayed nearly 3.5 hours, it was over 100 degrees outside, and when I walked over to see if I could get something to drink, an incredibly kind hostess brought waters for me to bring to other passengers who were outside as well. They offered to let us sit in the bar with air conditioning and the next time I am here I will surely be back. Kindness goes a long way and for us, it was greatly appreciated.“

“Give the is tavern your business. Seriously impressed with our waitress tonight and the entire team. We walked in at 8pm after a soccer game with 20 people. We were welcomed in, sat and out by 9:30pm. Just amazing service overall and the food was great! Next time we are back for Jeff Cup we will be back. Thank you for taking care of us tonight!“

“Great biscuits and cinnamon rolls. Better than Rise because the biscuits don't crumble apart in the middle of eating them. I'd pick them over Panera or fast food breakfast slop any day. One improvement they could incorporate is the option to add to veggies to the standard breakfast biscuits.“

“I’ve been visiting California Pizza Kitchen for YEARS now, and I’m always so impressed by the quality of the food and the incredible servers! I personally love their cheese pizza with the cauliflower crust. If I’m in the mood for a sweet treat, I always get their warm butter cake with a scoop of ice cream on top.

I always request Lauren as my server, because she is the best! She’s efficient, she always gets my order right, and she helps me pick out the items she thinks I’d like best. When I bring the kids I nanny to the restaurant, she always interacts with them, ensures they have coloring supplies, and even dances along with them to the music.

I 100% recommend this restaurant, and I highly suggest asking for Lauren to be your server. The pizzas are very large and can be shared amongst several people.
