When I stumbled across Ortega’s and then finding out the Ortega family was from my old stomping grounds, I felt like I struck gold. Being a local boutique pepper grower I was able to share peppers with Ortega’s from Jalapeños to Chocolate Habaneros. I’m a burrito lover and will ask to change up the carne asada burrito by removing most of the rice and beans and adding more carne to closer match the Taco/Burrito shops in San Diego of straight carne. The also make one of my fav if you lucky enough to find packaged in the counter fridge “escabeche” Mexican Pickled Jalapeño and Carrots (Jalapeño y zanahorias en escabeche). Ortega’s to truly a gem of Charles Town so please stop in and give them a try, I wish the Ortega’s team many more years of success! “

“This McDonald's was the best one we have had in ages!! I am not even a huge fan of McDonald's BUT, the fries were fresh and I mean like fresh out of the fryer!!! Chicken nuggets were fresh, and my husband's burger was fresh! The staff in the frive thru was excellent!!! Both were very friendly and courteous and even smiled!!! Excellent place to go for fresh food!“

We got two meals with double cheeseburgers, fries, nuggets, and Frosty's. Everything was fresh and the fries were really good. Will definitely use them in emergency situations.“

“This Popeyes location is hands down the BEST one I’ve ever been to. One week I came here 3-4 times because it was just THAT good. My food always comes out piping hot. Moreover, it comes out pretty quick. I placed a mobile order, got in and got my drink, sat down, and my order was ready. The employees are very very friendly, polite and accommodating. I really enjoy the seating arrangements here. They have a couple of high bar stools with a table top, normal seats and tables, and they’re pretty comfortable.“
