“I stop here before work every morning, it’s usually the same team working and they are just absolutely the best. The man who is always there (can’t remember his name) but I just wanna say his customer service is top tier. I think he is a manager it was a manager the other lady her name is Rebecca and she always makes me laugh. So sweet she asks about my day and how I am feeling. Genuinely has gotten to know me in the shirt 1 min I see them each morning. They seem like they care about ya as a person not just a customer. The food is always consistent and the customer is always top tier with these 2. Stop by they will brighten your morning for sure. I would just like to say to them 2 Thanks for still caring about customer service and the impact the small minute you have leaves on us. Hands down best pals in town. “Today I have visited this restaurant , the food served by the staff is fantastic. Apart from that the staff is well mannered and desciplined. Moreover they also provide parking facilities. Overall this place is very nice 😊 . I would like to recommend all other drivers to visit here .“

“Great place to eat and fresh food and always the best employees. They will refill you're drink for free and if you dine in, they bring you're food to you and check on you every 15 to 20 minutes, my favorite place to eat. They are closed on Sunday's.“

“I just want to give a HUGE Thank you to our local Hardees for graciously donating free meal coupons to us here at Highland's Thrift Store, Bristol, VA so we can help the less fortunate that come in for clothes and are hungry, get something to eat. My heart is so full that so many people are willing to come together and help someone in need. We are truly thankful. As of today, it's the first time we were able to give one to a customer in need and let me tell ya..I had to go to the bathroom and cry lol.“

“Went through the drive thru last night. They must be short handed as I paid they brought the food to the car in front of me then asked me to pull up to wait for mine. The classic sandwich was good. The chicken salad was lacking the pecan in its name and was a little dry. Still better "fast" food than most others on the parkway.“

“Unique today. Cajun chicken biscuit was so dry it cracked when a piece broken off. Gravy from the biscuits and gravy was sawdust gravy. No sausage. Horrible meal today. Have had good experiences but this was a total disaster. To top it off would not give me my receipt so I could stub. That was odd. Think meal was eleven something. Will try again and hope this was just a bad day.“

“In Bristol Tn, go to the Sonic on Volunteer Parkway. The one on West State has a VERY VERY RUDE woman working there. She actually argued with me about a special that Sonic was running. I called the Volunteer Parkway Sonic and asked if that special was still running as the app said. The VERY VERY NICE lady answered yes it was. I told her what the other location had said. She was speechless. I will not be going back to West State St Sonic.“

“Just dined in and ordered a French dip combo. Was easily one of the best sandwiches ive ever had from arbys. Roast beef was shaved very thin like it should be, and sandwich was carefully put together. Not thrown together like it usually is from other locations. Au jus was thick and stuck to the sandwich, and fries were hot and fresh. Whenever im in the area ill definitely be eating at this arbys again ! Wish all locations were this nice.“

“Wanted to give thoughts as being from outside of Philadelphia PA, and knoing the Jersey Mike's up here and how good they are, this was the first experience with the one in Bristol, Friends of the family provided a catered hoagie order last weekend when my father passed. I will say that even with all those feelings, the hoagies absolutely matched the quality as to what they are here in Philly. The rolls were excellent, meats, cheeses, and having the lettuse/tomato/onion/peppers on the side was perfect. and A+++ rating from me. The lower ratings on service and atmosphere was because of not experiencing it myself. great job all“

“I drove thru Bristol and thought I give this Wendy's a try.
The chicken sandwich was absolutely perfect, best I had anywhere in a long time. It also looked great, not just like somebody threw it together. Perfect.
The French Fries were perfect as well, crunchy, not too much fat taste, not too salty, perfect again. On my next pass thru Bristol, I will stop there again!!!“

“The photos are misleading and no longer apply. They downsized the location. They have tables to sit down but no waiting service. You order like take-out. The saving grace was the awesome register staff as well as the fresh, hot and delicious food. The pizzas and wings were piping hot!“

“Best Wendy’s I’ve ever been. Food was good as usual. The lady at the cash register was very nice. Inside was very clean and smelled clean. The food came out in about 1-2 minutes which is fast. That’s why this is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to.“

“I went for a Taco Salad last night ticket #3349 restaurant #00010925 Volunteer Parkway Bristol, Tn. I was served the slimiest, nastiest, grossed salad EVER for $9.28. It looked like a Science project. I had to drive ALL the way back and go in this time instead of the drive thru. I ask for a salad that was fresh. The lady looked into the frig were they are stored shook her head but didn't trash the other nasty ones they planned on serving but did request for me a new one fresh made as I requested. Was scared to eat it even because the man that made it was highly pissed when he brought it from the back. I never got an apology for my trouble, no manager spoke to me to apologize. Stood there forever and when I ask for a small cup for a drink since I had been waiting so long that was refused. I shall never eat there again. Times are tough and just to come home still scared to eat what they gave me because they were pissed is sad. Lesson learned $9.28 down the drain 😔 threw it away as well as my relationship with them.“

“Justin and Tina went above and beyond to make things right. I ordered pepperoni on the app and got home and they were cheese? The app must have glitched out and when I called and explained they remade the pizza no questions asked. Great crew great food.“

“This location has turned around so much in the past few years. I use to come on night shift but when Steven was the manager I would have to wait for almost 30 mins for my order and when I got it, it was cold. I usually show up in the morning and Dreya, Tristin and lianna are amazing. I know that being under new owners is a change that takes time to get use to. But everyone there is taking it in stride. Courtney on day shift is an absolutely rockstar on Sundays and Wednesday (senior night) she is running it like a boss. I have watched her stop what she is doing usually during shift change, to help night shift do their job the night shift manager would leave his crew to figure things out on their own. I would hear a door shut I am assuming the office and Courtney would come around the corner and jump right in and get all orders out fast. I have heard all managers except the night shift manager encourage their crew members that they are doing a great job and that they would help them get through it together. The night shift manager would stand there with his hands crossed and say he didn't give a fuck about anything. And Debbie is a rockstar and is one of the best you can tell that she loves her stores and has personally picked the managers she has here. I will be back to eat dinner during the night shift soon just to see how it is without the negativity is gone. Keep up the hard work you guys rock“

“Me and my husband came here about a month ago and had not great service and everything was wrong on our order. That’s the second time now that we’ve been to panda and didn’t have a great experience. We called the manager and let them know and she went ahead and replaced our meals and was very delightful and courteous and had great customer service. The food was fresh and nice and we just wanna say thank you so much and you redeemed yourself!! :)“
