“Wanted to give thoughts as being from outside of Philadelphia PA, and knoing the Jersey Mike's up here and how good they are, this was the first experience with the one in Bristol, Friends of the family provided a catered hoagie order last weekend when my father passed. I will say that even with all those feelings, the hoagies absolutely matched the quality as to what they are here in Philly. The rolls were excellent, meats, cheeses, and having the lettuse/tomato/onion/peppers on the side was perfect. and A+++ rating from me. The lower ratings on service and atmosphere was because of not experiencing it myself. great job all“

“this subway takes pride in their work and treat everyone with respect,the subway club is full of 3 meat and cheese and more and the best ever i love it,also the blt sub is great,the bread is allways freshly made and a bit pricey but for great service and food its well worth it.“

“Went in about 2PM and there was only one person working. Despite being slammed with multiple customers the girl making the sandwiches kept a good professional altitude. She said she loves her job and dealing with most customers. Management needs to get her some help or heaven forbid come and help themselves.“

“I met a friend for lunch since it's her favorite lunch spot. I was surprised there was already a line at 11am. We both ordered 'the chick' & I opted for a scoop of the new Maui mama & a scoop of lemon basil. They were both fresh & delicious. Unfortunately, both my friend & I felt there was something wrong with the pickle wedge. It actually had a bit of a pesticide odor. She ordered the Fancy Nancy with broccoli salad & was very happy with both of her selections. I would definitely return to this location, but I'll probably skip the pickle next time.“

“I can tell there were alot of brand new employees. Jasmine as the meat cutter was very professional and knows her job. But the other three.... the one prepping the subs (slow like a turtle) had to tell him three times what to put on my sub, the one cutting the sub, hands in her hair, chewing gum not professional in my opinion. Now for the cashier fluttering around had to ask to cash out she didn't know what to ring up, didn't ask if I was a reward customer, was on her phone texting (when there was a line ) she had no smile, basically no customer service. Come on cashier you are the last employee a customer deals with. Empress the customer to come back just a suggestion.“

“Ate the best pizza sub I ever had in my entire life here. The crew working here is small but hospitable. Come here eat and go on down the road. Quick and easy. Fresh and delicious.

Parking: 4-6 spaces very limited parking

“The young lady who served us was very friendly and cared about the customer needs and wants. After all... the customer is the one paying the bill. The customer should be able to request toasted or not for their sandwich. If you've visited Subway recently, you know what I'm talking about ? but our server was on top of what we asked for and took care of us properly. My sandwich was one of the best as far as I can remember. ? I'm definitely going back again as long as I receive the service I received on this visit. Giving 2?

“TESSA was a rockstar, she made sure to keep going with only 10 minutes left till close with a smile & good energy.
Satisfaction 100% I felt like I needed to leave her cash tip and 20% on the card. You don’t find people that actually will wanna talk most the time even when it’s almost time to close ( especially when you’re the only one there closing ) but my two friends I were all happy with our subs and I was happy she was able to close down shop right on time.

PAY TESSA MORE!!! She’s truly one you wanna keep. Especially in the days that everyone complains about not having loyal /hard workers. Treat the good ones you have with respect and kindness and see how much better your team can be. How much people will wanna work for you!! It doesn’t have to be a dog eat dog all the time. We are all just trying to survive and be happy in the crazy world we are in.
