“Going on a Friday night was a mistake. We joined the wait list via their website but were informed when we arrived that they don't use that system anymore. The wait was long and there's no waiting area so everyone was standing in the way of staff walking by and people trying to get through the door. The food is exactly the same as their former restaurant (which is to say good quality but not true Tex-Mex) and drinks incredibly overpriced.“
“Came during happy hour, and was pleasantly surprised at the prices and options they had. Loved the frozen lime margarita (a must), with the chicken quesadillas and the guacamole and salsa to share with the table. Loved the pupusas, and the best thing about this restaurant is that the food is always fresh and hot! We loved the tres leches and the churros and ice cream.“

“Stopped by for a mini brunch. The mimosas were amazing and great to get during brunch only $5 each. I decided to be sat on the patio since it was a 67 degrees out. My server was amazing, she provided a great amount of recommendations. I wasn’t super hungry, so I went with the shredded chicken taquitos with chips. It tasted so good, the flavor was super satisfying. The salsa for the chips also was tasty, perfect texture to it aswell haven’t good salsa like this in awhile. I highly recommend Urbano!“

“It's new, it's good, it's worth visiting. [fin] Ok, jk jk, I'll write more. Let's cover food, service, and ambiance in that order. Food: Solid to very good. Of the el arriero ny steak, lomo saltado, and molcajete ... the steak and molcajete win. Sadly the lomo saltado, while quite decent, doesn't hold a candle to Super Chicken in Tysons. Ok but here's the important bit: THE CHIPS. The chips are great. Not only are they thin and crispy, they're well salted AND served with both WARM and COLD salsas. I never thought anyone would do as well as Uncle Julios for chips, but ... well, Guapos does. Service: Ironically we've been twice and we had the same server both times. And she was excellent. Super friendly, quick with requests, and checked in frequently. Not only that, they clearly operate as a team and several folks came by during the meal to ensure drinks were filled, napkins were in order ... and shockingly, as we were wrapping up, someone wiped the crumbs off the table. I mean that's a white-tablecloth steakhouse thing... right? Apparently it's a Guapos thing too. Ambiance: Fun to hip. The first time we were there was opening week and the live band was both entertaining and, uh, loud. Look, we're fogies, we complain about this err ... stuff. The second time we went it was much quieter and we were able to enjoy our meals AND our conversation. The decor is pretty great, the table arrangement spacious, and the place was packed, nevertheless. I'll close out with parking. It's a big lot, and it gets crowded ... but we found spots nevertheless on a busy night. Looking for Mexican? Yeah, I'd go here again. No arm-twisting required.“

“We were pleasantly surprised with this place - good food, great drinks, wonderful service - what’s not to like! The food came out fast (in a very full restaurant on a Friday night, mind you!) and it was good. Unlike some other Mexican restaurants we’ve been to, the house margarita in this place is a very good one, not watered down and had a good bit of tequila in it - so if you want to relax with family or friends after work one night, this is the place to be, we certainly enjoyed it!“
“Listennnnn.... Ometeo, the parking sucks. HOWEVER, the service is A1. We had a great time with our server (I honestly don't remember her name because she left before we finished) but the best experience was with our backup server Phillipe. He took such great care of us, made us laugh, seriously took our first time from a 5 to a 10. Make sure you order the short rib tacos, the carnitas de pato and the hibiscus guava margarita. “Had a delicious dinner at Chuy's tonight - the "Chuychanga" had great shredded chicken filling, and was crispy but not greasy at all. I picked the Red Chile sauce - a little kick but not too hot for me, and it came with sour cream too. The service was outstanding and the food came out very quickly after we had ordered. We shared some Churro bites for dessert that were crispy, chewy inside and so yummy with the caramel sauce for dipping. It was quiet on St. Patrick's Day but enough people not to feel empty.Parking: Several spots right by the door for Pickup, but also plenty of parking available right in front, in a big lot for a shopping center.“

They’re not shy about the chips (other locations give you like five chips), staff are always friendly and helpful.The bad: My only complaint is very small. They advertise that they close at 10pm. However, on multiple occasions I have tried to grab some food between 9:30-9:45 and the doors are locked and they will signal that they are closed. I’m not taking away a star because the staff have explained it’s due to either staff shortage or food shortage, so not their fault.I do still highly recommend this Moe’s location.“
“Breakfast burritos (especially the Mr T & Chicharron) are excellent & I always love the BBQ Pork burrito platter. The salsa is one of my favourites anywhere, but it's better when dining in. The takeaway salsa is always more watery. Service is hit or miss, but I'm not really there for the service anyway.“
