“I have visited the drive thru 3 times while visiting family. The food, drinks, and desserts were all great. The order taking was correct, and the service was friendly. However, in 2 of 3 visits, something was missing from the order. I would recommend checking before driving off.“

“First time here, placed an online order. When we came to pick it up, we were told that they had a rush of online orders and ours was just being made. No problem, they were very polite and apologetic about it! The wait was totally worth it - the burgers were great and the fries were delicious! They even numbered our burgers on the foil around them and on the receipt so we knew whose was whose. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!“

“Great beer, great burgers, great people all in all. I got the bourbon and brew burger with tater tots and it was arguably one of the most delicious burgers I’ve ever had. Also really like the idea for you to serve yourself however much beer you’d like and pay by the ounce. They’ve also got some board games at the front so you can hang out and relax with some friends. Definitely will be back soon“

“I think this was one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever eaten before! I had the farmhouse burger, my boyfriend had the Carolina burger. Both of them were DELICIOUS! We wanted to try the ice cream too, but ended up taking it to go because we were so full. The ice cream was also so so good. Everything was delicious & we can't wait to go back.“

“I ordered the What-a-burger; it was good; not great. They offer a lot of toppings for the burger, so you can customize it as much as you could possibly want. The best part of my experience was the order taker! He was very entertaining, patient, and helpful. Would recommend if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. No drive thru or seating offered.“

“I love these thin-as-paper burgers. The flavor is so good, to me. The shoestring fries are super delicious as well, especially with the jalapeno sauce. The folks at this location are always super friendly and pleasant. I still haven't even tried the custard after almost 7 visits. I need to rectify that.“

“Wonderful quick meal. The wait time on food was barely if any. The servers were all nice and helpful. The food was filling for sure. Personally the burger didn’t have much taste to it, perhaps I needed to add more stuff to it. However, it wasn’t the greatest burger I had but it wasn’t too bad. I would say it’s worth what I cost. The fries were good and had good crunch to it. The ice cream sandwiches they sell or massive in thickness.“

“Visited this place 4x, tried the turkey burger twice and the fish sandwich twice, had chicken chili, the food is always delicious. Only had one bad experience, went there at about 10pm and wasn't aware that the smoking area was closed as the gentleman told me I can sit anywhere, which I set in the smoking area, noone did not come over, even though the waitress was bussing the table next to where I was sitting and never acknowledged anything. So I called them on the phone and asked if I could have my order taken since I had been waiting for half an hour. When the bar maid and waitress came out the bar maid was rude about the situation, however the waitress did customer service recovery and was very professional, other than that isolated incident, can't dispute the food being excellent! I will visit again and recommend!“

“I informed the manager(@Mercury & Marshall) that I had previously gone to Wendy's on Aberdeen (for chili) and there were NO beans, the meat was not cut up and it upset my stomach. As a result, I had diarrhea. Well, the gracious manager (Mercury &Marshall) personally did my order and the chili was AWESOME! Now Wendy's chili is one of my favorites again!!!?“

“We arrived just before 5pm and had to wait about 10 minutes while there was a shift change. The service was fine. The food was OK, but for the price, not necessarily worth it. My kids picked this restaurant and they usually like it, but were bummed about no balloons this time. I'm not sure if they stopped doing that or if they just didn't have them ready yet. Either way, the balloons were missed.Overall, the quality and service aren't what they used to be pre-pandemic, but they're on par with other Americana restaurants.“

“This was the Burger King in Smithfield they had just closed the inside for ordering so I went through the drive-thru which was good because it wasn't crowded at all. I ordered the two for five special which in my case was a Whopper and a fish sandwich.got it pretty fast. it was fresh and hot! That's what I'm talking about!“

“I had the pleasure recently to meet the manager, George Lassiter, that was a tremendous help pleasing my sister-in-law with a baked potato/cheese/bacon bit delight. This is one of her favorite foods and I wanted to be able to bring it to her in the rehab center there in Smithfield. I was made aware that these aren't served until after the breakfast hour. However, George went over and beyond by having one ready for me around 9:30a so that I could spend the day with my sister-in-law without having to run out again. He was most accommodating as was all the employees at this location. I am most grateful to all and will most certainly return there when visiting from Norfolk. Thank you George.
