Ask the staff for help the first time because the process isn’t as straightforward as I was expecting.

Don’t overfill your bowl too much otherwise you’ll end up making a mess at the bowl station and possibly burn your hand when trying to reduce the hot water level.

“My friend, brother, and I were hungry after coming back from a hangout and decided we wanted Korean food. We found out that Hankki was open pretty late and decided to go for dinner. The inside was pretty quiet, which makes sense because it was really late and the server gave us her undivided attention.

We ordered a few things, some bossam, pork mandu, tteok-bokki, and some blood sausage. Everything tasted delicious, very authentic and they even provided us with a hot plate to keep the bossam hot while we ate it. The dishes also came with an assortment of banchan and while I usually don't enjoy kimchi, their kimchi here tastes really good.

Would love to come back again and I hope to see their continued business operation.“

“Got the #3 Bulgogi stew in a pot. Came out piping hot with fresh spinach on top. Loaded with beef, mushrooms, onions, carrots, noodles and zucchini. Kimchi was fresh and tasty. Cashier was nice and friendly. Great homemade meal at an affordable price.“

We ordered the beef intestine tofu soup along with the cold buckwheat noodles, and it was honestly so delicious, especially the buckwheat noodles; so refreshing on a hot summer day, that’s all I’m going to say. “My family and I stopped by while traveling thru town. We ordered Bulgogi and Dak Kalgooksoo. Their Banchan were flavorful with the right balance of spice and heat. Entrée portions are generous. Our server was helpful and very nice. We were pretty happy to find this restaurant.“

It is hard to find good Korean restaurant where main and side dishes are good, but this is the one. I eat here many times when I am craving for authentic Korean foods.all the servers are kind and know what they are doing.
This is Korean BBQ place with other Korean dishes, it is pricy like other BBQ places, but I think it is worth my money.
Only thing I do not like is, when you are there at a peak time, you have to wait. Also it can be very loud like typical Korean BBQ just like in Korea with people drinking alcohols but no biggie.“

This little girl came out the car name Jenny with mask and gloves(due to all the virus going around)... very professional and clean. Food was great 10 out of 10. 1. Reservation: won't hurt, or else you will need to wait 30 mins during busy times. They have about ~12 tables and not a huge establishment.

2. Service: 4 stars. no nonsense, straightforward, aloof even. But I didn't care. They don't need to be super nice, just needs to be non unpleasant.

Staff member checked the bag before giving me my food to go. Took the food to the office and realized that Bonchon forgot to include my kimchi that I ordered.
