“My friend recommended this place as the best donkatsu in the area. I went there for the first time and there were two donkatsu options. Regular and King tonkatsu. The cashier explained the difference and people have preference. I went with King tonkatsu. I agree that it’s definitely one of the better options in the area.

The bread crums are thin, super crispy, and well fried. The meat was pounded and tenderized consistently across the entire piece. The portion was huge to feed two people. The sauce for salad and donkatsu were rich.

My family also ordered yukgaejang. The soup was well prepared with pepper oil and tasted very authentic. Meat and vegetables in the soup were at good quality.

Overall, I really enjoyed my lunch here. My kids loved it too. I would definitely come back here to try other menus.“

“We went on a Thu so there was no one, we ordered ddukbokki and cold noodles. The ddukbokki was not spicy, Cold noodles was very flavourful. I always love the barley tea it helps cleanse my palate. Overall it was delicious and staff were veey friendly and nice. Thank you!“

“I ordered bibimbap and was surprised when I opened the lid. I have never seen a restaurant put so many different kinds of vegetables in bibimbap. And it was so tasty. Previously, I ordered sundubu and it was really delicious too. I highly recommend this place.“

“My family and I stopped by while traveling thru town. We ordered Bulgogi and Dak Kalgooksoo. Their Banchan were flavorful with the right balance of spice and heat. Entrée portions are generous. Our server was helpful and very nice. We were pretty happy to find this restaurant.“

“Today I place an order around noon for delivery at 9:00pm. I order the dish Soondae+Bossam, the order came right at 9:00pm on the dot. This little girl came out the car name Jenny with mask and gloves(due to all the virus going around)... very professional and clean. Food was great 10 out of 10. “The best Korean restaurant in the area(probably best in VA)!
It is hard to find good Korean restaurant where main and side dishes are good, but this is the one. I eat here many times when I am craving for authentic Korean foods.all the servers are kind and know what they are doing.
This is Korean BBQ place with other Korean dishes, it is pricy like other BBQ places, but I think it is worth my money.
Only thing I do not like is, when you are there at a peak time, you have to wait. Also it can be very loud like typical Korean BBQ just like in Korea with people drinking alcohols but no biggie.“

“This one of my go-to places in Centerville. Today, Kimbop has changed a bit. Carrots were uncooked, normally they were stir-fried. Hope it's fixed next time.

It tastes better to make kimbap with stir-fried carrots, but I don't know if it was a mistake, but I was a little disappointed that the carrots in today's kimbap were not cooked at all. Still, I gave it 5 stars because it's a place I go to often.“

“A small but clean Korean restaurant with friendly staff. We ordered bossam (bossam), sundae (blood sausage), budaejjigae (Korean army stew), donkatsu (pork cutlet), and tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cakes). As expected from a sundae specialty restaurant, the sundae was chewy and delicious.“

“Had the brisket seolleongtang and it really hit the spot. The broth was rich, milky, and comforting, exactly what you want from a long-simmered soup. The beef sundubu wasn’t as strong on the beef flavor as I hoped, but still cozy and satisfying. The kimchi was perfect, crisp, tangy, and balanced, probably my favorite part. “Ordered online for pickup. Food was not ready as stated. Had to wait 15 additional minutes before food was ready. Staff member was nice but a young guy. Staff member checked the bag before giving me my food to go. Took the food to the office and realized that Bonchon forgot to include my kimchi that I ordered. I called back up to the restaurant to make it known and the young staff member answered. He didn't seem to care too much about forgetting to put my kimchi in the bag and he gave a half hearted "I'm sorry".“
