“This place can be great, they just need more training. I went in to get a whole chicken, it seemed like the kitchen was going down because of a line of a few people. I had to wait to get the chicken, but the chicken was fresh and tasted great. I hope they can get organized in the kitchen and clean it up a bit because the layout of the restaurant and the menu is very nice.“

Also enjoyed the white and green (mildly spicy) sauce. Yum, yum, yum…and nicely priced for the plentiful portions received! ?? We took our food to go, but the atmosphere was generally roomy - nothing overly fancy - just ok.“

“It's a lovely restaurant. The setting and atmosphere are inviting. We tried their brunch prix fixe with lots of options to choose from. Tuna tartare tacos and ceviche are tasty. Fish is fresh. Empanadas and cholo benedicto are also good. My son really likes the sauce that comes with the empanadas. Buenazo is a good dessert to end the meal.“

“Order from their website for the first time. Food was ready on time. Sadly I was given steak fries instead of the yucca I ordered. In the future I will check my order for accuracy before leaving the store. The red potatoes were delicious. The chicken was very flavorful and not dried out.“

“20250922 first time here... I really like Peruvian food. It was very convenient to order online for pickup up. When I arrived, it appeared that they didn't know I ordered online. To be fair, I arrived 15 or so mins before the estimated time that my order would be ready. They quickly put my order together. The restaurant is a bit dark in lighting, and there are merchandise on shelves for sale. The restaurant doesn't look new, not sure how long they gave been there. Apparently, they have a buffet that has a lot of different dishes to include a creamy shrimp with noodles, something that looked like hot dogs, a few pork dishes, etc... I think my food might be better when eaten there, hot, versus at home. The thin sliced steak and the chicken didn't have as much flavor as I was expecting. The portions are very generous. I love that I can get a whole chicken in all dark meat, you can get all white meat or mix. My pups love Peruvian chicken, and unfortunately, they are not interested right now. Hopefully, they will later. I'm not sure if I will come back, because I prefer food that has more flavor.“

“I was in town for 3 weeks and ate here probably 6 times. INCREDIBLE food, everything was amazing, after all visits I've tried everything on the menu including the drinks and desserts and wasn't dissapointed in ANYTHING. Except the spaghetti, I didn't try that, not a fan of of the way it looked tbh. But everything else is incredible. And the price? Ridiculous for the amount of food you get. I would take another contract in the area JUST to eat here.“

“Pollo Xpress has become our family’s favorite restaurant! I’d argue they might have the best burgers and wings in the area🤤🍔🍗! My son even cleans his plate with their chicken, rice and fries. Now, with a new breakfast all day menu (haven’t tried it yet, but can’t wait) added, I’m sure this place will stay at the top of our list! This high praise from a tough food critic. (worse nightmare) Carlos handled with such great care..told me no problem ran back to the shop and within 20 minutes brought me additional lunches... “I stopped here for an ubereats order and had to come back after delivering it. You could smell the chicken wafting into the parking lot when you walk up. I got the Pollo saltado if I remember correctly, with yuca and beans and rice. Absolutely bomb chicken with a whole lotta flavor. Its a good meal for your buck which I appreciate in this economy. I also got a Tamarind drink that lasted me the rest of the afternoon. I think I sipped it slowly because I was scared of finishing it, it was so good.
The atmosphere wasn't really my vibe, and that's okay. I didn't get the name of the guy that served me, bald guy, but he was funny and kindly communicative. There were also a few lads watching a soccer match in the lobby, but other than them there was nobody. If I have one regret after visiting here, it's that I didn't sit inside and watch that game while I ate.
Overall, coming from someone who's usually too scared to try new restaurants, I'm glad I tried this one. Will definetly be stopping here again to try the rest of the menu and see if I can't learn a thing or two about sports 👍“

“This place is great everytime I go. Dining in is my favorite way to enjoy this place as they seem to fill the side cups a little more since there is no top. The chicken is always fresh and cooked to perfection. The sauces are delicious everytime. Very kid friendly with the colorful chairs, ample seating and clean high chairs. The people taking the orders are very kind and funny. Takeout is very good. Easy to just call your order in or order fresh when you arrive. In and out in 5-10 minutes depending on how busy they are. Would highly recommend!“
