“I was craving Japanese curry and this is where I ended up. It's located inside the Lotte Asian supermarket, a food court. Look for table area and you will find a variety of small eateries, of which Hikari is one of. I got the Pork Katsu curry (there is also a chicken option instead of the pork). I enjoyed the meal, it was tasty and generous portion. The breaded fried pork tasted fresh and made to order. Even the simple small miso soup that came with it was tasty. I am usually not a fan of miso soup but this one tasted perfect. I will go there again.“

“My friend, brother, and I were hungry after coming back from a hangout and decided we wanted Korean food. We found out that Hankki was open pretty late and decided to go for dinner. The inside was pretty quiet, which makes sense because it was really late and the server gave us her undivided attention.

We ordered a few things, some bossam, pork mandu, tteok-bokki, and some blood sausage. Everything tasted delicious, very authentic and they even provided us with a hot plate to keep the bossam hot while we ate it. The dishes also came with an assortment of banchan and while I usually don't enjoy kimchi, their kimchi here tastes really good.

Would love to come back again and I hope to see their continued business operation.“

“My family and I stopped by while traveling thru town. We ordered Bulgogi and Dak Kalgooksoo. Their Banchan were flavorful with the right balance of spice and heat. Entrée portions are generous. Our server was helpful and very nice. We were pretty happy to find this restaurant.“

1. Reservation: won't hurt, or else you will need to wait 30 mins during busy times. They have about ~12 tables and not a huge establishment.

2. Service: 4 stars. no nonsense, straightforward, aloof even. But I didn't care. They don't need to be super nice, just needs to be non unpleasant.

3. Food: 5 stars

We also ordered the ugly dumplings sampler, I rate this zero star and it a waste of money. Now the service was excellent! Our server Abel took his time explaining the menu since it's our first visit. “I ordered over the phone then went to the wrong Chinese take out. 🤦‍♀️ We finally get to the right place 25 minutes late but everyone was kind and they even gave me $2 off my order because they didn’t understand about me asking about a children’s size portion (which they do not have.) “Worst location. I have never been in Panera Bread this dirty before. I visit this chain few times a week all over norther VA, this place was bad…every table was dirty and greasy, filthy bathroom..it was horrible. I felt like getting up and leaving right away. I told one of the employees that tables need to be wiped and he acknowledged the issue. Ten minutes later I saw one of employees running around spraying tables barely wiping them dry. I had to get up and finish the job myself. Panera Bread, this is not up to your standards! Very disappointing. Will avoid this location at all cost.
