“Discovered a hidden gem today. Supreme Thai Bistro came up on yelp when I searched halal options in Chantilly. Hadn’t heard of it before and on calling they confirmed beef and chicken being halal. A pleasant surprise walking in. Was initially thinking on doing a carry out, but the ambiance and the fact that me and husband were the only ones there, had us opting for dine in instead. For starters, the restaurant reminds me on the lush rain forests of Thailand...loved the way they’ve set up! For our first post-lockdown meal. We ordered the lunch specials for each of us. For $9 you get tom yum soup, an egg roll and an entree option. We got a beef green curry, and a chicken drunken noodles. Also added an appetizer of chicken satay and another spicy beef salad. Wasn’t going to turn down the opportunity to try out some halal options when I could. Must say, was instantly blown over by their presentation. Taste and flavor was also not a disappointment. The beef salad was very similar to ones Iv had in Thailand. The tum tum soup was on the sweet side, but nevertheless very flavourful. Green curry was spot on and so were the drunken noodles. We asked for medium spice level with the spice tray on the side, but I never needed to adjust the spices for my taste. next time you’r craving some halal food, I urge you to try out Supreme Thai bistro if you happen to be in the area.“

“Visited the newly opened Tapioca Express in Herndon today. Enjoyed their boba and was surprised they had so many snack options!! Favorites were the shrimp tempura with sweet chili sauce and the fried string beans. They didn’t seem very fried which is good in my book. Nicely seasoned too. Their crispy chicken was also good we were able to choose the spice level and I went with medium which was perfect. The chichi fries were great… love the chichi sauce that comes with it! As for drinks I loved the Mangonada. It was so beautiful and delicious for how hot and humid it was outside. Also enjoyed the honeydew snow bubble and combination yogurt frost which tasted similar to a Greek yogurt parfait with fruit. The staff was very friendly, the space is cute but small more of a to-go and enjoy outside type of place. They do however have a high top table if you’re able to snag it! Definitely coming back to try more of their menu soon!“

The top-notch food and drinks, especially the fresh sugar cane juice, are my personal favorites. My little one would probably agree if he could express it (maybe in a year). “A great bubble milk tea spot that gives trendy, neighborhood bar vibes, complete with high top tables and a crowded bar. Well staffed with a patient and efficient crew - employees make time to chat with customers and friends while keeping the order queues moving.

We've visited twice and found the menu easy to understand, ordering was quick, and drinks were spot on. Waited 5 minutes for order of 2 specialty teas one night (~5 other patrons in restaurant) and 20 minutes for 1 "regular" milk tea (30-40 people at tables and milling about, inside and out).

The tea combos were great, but the boba itself is probably what will keep us coming back. Sweet and flavorful, with just a great texture - a hard to describe consistency of fresh squishy marshmallows, in an orb form.

Great alternative to the cliche bars or coffee shops for teens and twenty-somethings to chat with friends; however, older adults (i.e. me) will not feel alienated. Not a quiet place, so I do not recommend it as a place to study.“

“This Kokee Tea stand is ok, but I prefer going to the Main Street location. The Fair Oaks make the bubble tea before you order so you can’t really change your mind, which I think is a little ridiculous because it should be as soon as you pay, and they have rules about touching the counter. The cashier was also judgmental about me getting a lychee tea with boba, and I had to give in and say I wanted both boba and lychee topping. The teas here are great, but the ones at the Kokee Tea - Main Street location are even better. I’m also a rewards member and unable to redeem my points when I go to this Kokee Tea.“

“Fun experience and delicious beverage treats! We enjoyed being able to order on the screen and our drinks were prepared very quickly! A little pricey but when you consider the cost of everything and how much is going into the drinks, it’s no different than anything else. We appreciated the kind tea makers confirming that we wanted each of the ingredients and really wanted to ensure they got our drinks correct. “I have never had as good "cheese" foam experience as they do on this boba. I think the marketing could do a better job explaining what it is. It's basically like whipped maacarpone cheese blended with your normal boba tea flavor variety. We usually get mango smoothie with cheese or taro smoothie with cheese. “I recently visited Tzone Dessert Bar in Sterling, VA, and while my experience had its highs and lows, it was overall decent. The fruity tea I got was "I Love Tzone". Overall the drink itself was good. I loved the flavor and the freshness of the fruit. Personally I didn't like the boba that they had. It had no flavor overall. Plus the croissant was quite disappointing; it seems over stale and more or less store bought, On the bright side, the service was excellent—prompt and friendly, which really enhanced the visit. I’d be willing to give Tzone another try, hoping for a better dessert next time.“

Don’t let the name fool you - this is place is FAR more than frozen yogurt, delicious bubble teas and coffees. ⚜️First of all, I want to start by saying oh my goodness, it's so cold. ⚜️I guess fall weather has already started in the United States of America in Fairfax, VA Especially since I actually live here. ⚜️Second, your library is so big on so many levels like five times more. it could be a mega mansion on many accounts perhaps one day a world historic site. ⚜️Who knows that the last comment is a bit of dry French and never wet humor and sarcasm too. ⚜️Anyway, from my multiple visits here.⚜️ I love this slice of paradise where it is calm, peaceful, warm, serene, sweet and have amazing romantic vibes from an artistic point of view too. ⚜️Finally, I like to study here too and explore things on my time while the world outside of these beautiful library buildings is noisy, crazy, chaotic and all that. ⚜️Is it true? ⚜️Oh yes indeed with something crazy or another always happening on the quad outside the Johnson Center. ⚜️I think this is the best place to do any work without problems and get the best grades while completing my degree. ⚜️Tip: The best places for this whole quiet area only are the upper level of this library building itself. ⚜️I find it incredibly interesting that you have an overpriced but good food cafe at the entrance. ⚜️I think the most romantic view is from outside the building looking in at night and from inside the building looking out during the day. ⚜️ Hint: the first place of peace and quiet for me is the church and my church family indeed comes family, the library, studies, work, adventures in life all in this strict and particular pecking order. Anyway, back to the analogy mentioned before that about the building being romantically beautiful at night and during the day too. It's a bit like with the classic monuments of the world like the Eiffel Tower ⚜️✝️⚜️🇪🇺🇫🇷🇹🇫🇼🇫🇬🇫🇲🇶, the Tower of Pisa ⚜️🇪🇺✝️⚜️🇮🇹, and the late twin tower complex of New York itself.
