“The place is soooo cute with all the panda decorations. The food is good and made fresh, but I was disappointed by having my dumplings served on a paper plate, and my cucumber salad in a plastic container. Dumplings felt a little heavy for my preference. The person working here was very nice and helpful.

I feel like they are missing out a huge opportunity with their food presentation to make it a full panda experience. I liked it and would probably come here if I lived nearby, but wouldn’t go out of my way to come here to eat.

“This place has a great selection of boba drinks. So far I’ve tried only two though: matcha milk tea ( my go-to drink) and ube coconut. The matcha is the best in town IMO! It’s very easy to adjust it to your strength and sweetness. Absolutely love it!! But you GOT to try the ube coconut!!!! My new absolute favorite!!! It’s THE BOMB!!! Again, the sweetness is easily adjusted. Just go and try it!! They also make bahn mi sandwiches. Looking forward to trying it!!“

“I’ve been coming to this place for years, and it’s truly one of my go-to spots. I have my own unique drink order Songbo Mountain Tea, no sugar, ice-free, with triple green tea jelly and honestly, only the manager and one other staff member consistently make it exactly right. They never disappoint.

The drinks are always fresh, well-balanced, and made with care. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and pay close attention to detail. The shop itself is always clean, organized, and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.

“First time here and I loved it! The food brought me straight back to my Vietnamese childhood, real street food flavors like when I was young.

We ordered the hot & sour boneless claws, hot & sour crunch, rice paper salad, and saté rice paper, everything was flavorful, fresh, and so satisfying. The place is cute, clean, and cozy with a very welcoming vibe.

They even have a lucky spin, and I got 15% off my total order, which made the experience extra fun. On top of that, the cashier was a very friendly lady, which made the visit even better.

“Stood in line for 10 plus mins because one obnoxious woman asked about everything single items on the menu trying to figure out what her daughter purchased for her. Instead of calling her daughter this lady went down the list and had two staff guess what her daughter had bought for her. I finally place my order and this lady comes back in line asking questions about the size and price difference for another 10 minutes. I finally got my drink and I’m standing outside and this lady is still at the counter.

My 7yo asked for trainer chopsticks and while they didn’t have them, the servers fashioned some from a pair of adult chopsticks and a napkin! The smile on my 7yo’s face was just amazing! The service is EXCEPTIONAL- there is one lady there in specific who is my favorite :) She gave my boyfriend and I an extra hello kitty cup when we asked about them, and she was very kind and joyous. The drinks are delicious, but my favorite is easily the classic Tiger Sugar with boba lol. It isn’t too sweet, and it’s very rich. The place is always clean too. “Random stop after getting gas in Chantilly and ended up trying KOKKEE for fruit tea and boba. The service alone deserves five stars — the staff was welcoming, patient with questions, and the drinks came out quickly. You can tell they care about the customer experience.

The shop itself is fun and cozy. They have a cute seating area with plush toys, shelves of little collectibles, and a whiteboard where customers leave drawings and notes. It gives the place personality and makes it feel like a spot people actually hang out in, not just grab-and-go.

We tried two drinks: a mango fruit tea and a matcha milk tea. Presentation was great and the cups are adorable (“Hug in a Cup” is a nice touch). The mango fruit tea was refreshing and fruity, especially if you like bright citrus flavors. The matcha milk tea was smooth but a little lighter in matcha flavor than I personally prefer.

You can order from their machine or the counter. The menu is truly wide and interesting.

We ordered 4 drinks but only have 2 photos which are mochi milk tea and creme brûlée milk tea. The other two drinks are black boba milk tea and yam brûlée. All of those drinks were enjoyed by our friends.

One of the good spots for good drinks either milk tea, smoothie, fruit tea and they have espresso options as well.

The staff were nice and easy to talk to. Overall experience was good.“

“I’m willing to bet that 5T Ice is one of those local gems that you might not be checking out enough. Don’t let the name fool you - this is place is FAR more than frozen yogurt, delicious bubble teas and coffees. I’ve been during the week and ALWAYS have to get the house special Banh Mi, but on weekends it’s basically like Christmas for your mouth. They have all of these homemade Vietnamese specialties and if you can’t decide, I strongly recommend the scorched-earth approach I used and just get everything you carry out of there.“
