“First, the food was absolutely delicious. While I’ve never had a meal at a Thai restaurant I didn’t like, this one was novel in flavors and menu selections (not even including the Mexican food)! I don’t know exactly what “authentic” tastes like, but I’m pretty sure this is it, or at least the closest you’ll find in Charlottesville and the nearby regions.

Second, VERY vegetarian friendly but be sure to ask because many sauces have shrimp! We had a mock-duck curry with Seitan and it was incredible— I have never seen seitan at a restaurant, let alone served so well. The only caveat is that many dishes that are normally vegetarian have shrimp in the sauce. But here’s the thing— the lovely woman who took our order actually told us and was so helpful and accommodating.

“I love the unusual toppings they have on the pizza!!

I am new to the city, state and this part of the country so most of the places I have eaten are brand new to me.

I have actually eaten here twice. This time my fiancé went to the restaurant and brought it home, but the first time it was downtown and we ate on the plaza.

This is the only place I have eaten at more than once. So far and I am pretty sure it will be on the top of my repeat list.“

“Lemongrass on the Uva corner is solid Thai food. The food we ordered was very flavorful and consistent across all of the items we ordered. I loved the Drunken Noodles and the family enjoyed Pad Thai and other items. That this is a family business shows in the careful attention they put into the food we received. We will be back and this is most likely one of our go to places for carryout or dinner now as we love solid Thai Food and Lemongrass everything we had was on point.“

“We love Chick-fil-A and this is a nice location. It was clean, friendly, and the servers were very nice. I'm always stuck by the manners and outgoing attitude of Chick-fil-A staff, and this location was no exception. They were all very willing to please. Well done, Charlottesville Chick-fil-A!“

“Great burger love it but the fries need work they sit on the counter and wait for the server to bring them with your order and they are cold and greasy by the time you get them. Last time there in May I sent them back and asked for a fresh cooked batch which they did and they were so much better“

I genuinely was excited for my original dish and the sauce was very overpowering , I couldn't even taste the spice or anything else. The subsitute dish was great. I really appreciate the staff here for making sure I had a good experience. Unfortunately they declined my request to leave a tip. But they definitely deserve a raise.“
