“We’ve been to Hickory Trading company a few times and each time has been a great experience. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is fun and different. I love that it feels different than just a regular coffee shop and that there are different rooms to sit. There are a lot of board games that can be played and also local art to purchase. My husband and I took our computers to get some work done and it was a great place to do that. The honey lavender latte is delicious! Would highly recommend that!“

“I ordered a coffee and it took 45 minutes for me to receive it. The employee's name was Madi I believe, and when I asked about the status of my order she passive aggressively sighed and proceeded to walk away from the espresso machine and complained to another coworker before walking off entirely! I've never felt more embarrassed and humiliated asking about my coffee before!!! Her coworker's were very nice and apologetic and handled my drink for me. I've never had an experience as repulsive as this before, and such behavior should never be tolerated in an establishment as fine as this. Thankfully the other employees we very nice and professional and handled me with the care and respect that she so very clearly lacked!“

“Is NOT drive-thru!!! Starbucks is inside the Harris teeter market store. However, is one of my favorite locations. Is worth the walk-in if you dislike the inconvenience, which it doesn't bother me. The super plus side, they often have all the new tumbler releases. Strongly recommend this location.“

“We had lunch here today! We enjoyed Beef Pho and Vegetable Pho with Beef broth, and 2 orders of Spring Rolls. We ordered large soups thinking they were the typical medium size as all the other Vietnamese restaurants have labeled as large. We’ve been to them all in Hampton Roads and here the large is LARGE. Took leftovers home for dinner. Springs rolls were plump and fresh, stuffed with shrimp, pork and crisp lettuce. Great family owned restaurant. Spoke to Shaun and his wife Tram, so friendly and hardworking! We will be back!“

“Finally the fixed the parking lot it was horrible. They could use a facelift inside. It’s the closest D&D to me. They tell me the manager doesn’t really do what he is suppose to do. He needs to get his game on or sell the franchise.“
