“When the right employees are working there (like today) it’s a great experience, but here are a couple younger employees that just don’t seem to care. This afternoon Sunday August 6 2023 was awesome.“

“Not completely obvious from the main road, this little Dairy Queen is worth a stop. The toppings are always fresh, food arrives fast, I've never gotten an incorrect order and servings are always the amount expected or more (at least for ice cream). And this is hands-down ALWAYS the friendliest fast food store staff I have ever met. I don't always get the same person, but whomever is at the window always greets me and has a big smile. That alone keeps me coming back. This must be a fun place to work.“

“Clean and the staff were so patient and kind!!! They were busy! One customer was a little over the top friendly and telling all his stories… and the staff handled him well. I wish I remember the young man’s name that took our order. So nice!!!“

“Crumbl never disappoints! The cookies are huge, soft in the center with that perfect chewy edge, and the rotating weekly menu keeps things exciting. I love how creative the flavors are — from classics like Chocolate Chip to fun ones like Churro or Key Lime Pie. The presentation is always on point, and the pink box makes it feel like a treat before you even take a bite. Prices are a little higher than a typical cookie shop, but the size and quality make up for it. Definitely my go-to when I want to treat myself or surprise friends!“

I know everything is getting expensive but charging $2.58 for (2) sprinkles ( on a kids ice that I already paid for a custard upgrade) upcharge which was probably equivalent to 2 Tablespoons of sprinkles total is just not cool. We had our one visit for the summer and will frequent other ice cream places.“

“Had an excellent experience. I was picking up Chinese food next door and found this place about 20 minutes before closing. They let me go get my food and come back right before closing. They were both very kind, explained all the flavors to me. I purchased two flavors of ice cream, a drink and two packaged items. All were delicious and I appreciate her taking the time to talk with me although they were trying to clean up for closing. I will be back soon!“

“Delicious as always!!! Employees were very nice and greeted us when we walked in AND even stopped what they were doing and turned to look at as when they greeted us not just yell out welcome. They were quick to clean the counter behind people after they made a mess making their sweet treat. The cashier (first time I have ever heard about it even though we go in there pretty frequently like every other week) told me about the rewards/points system which is awesome!!!“

“I think it’s important to write a review when you have an awesome experience, and today was that day at Dairy Queen. It was really busy today around 8 so I decided to go inside. 1) everyone was extremely safe in regards to COVID 2) the cashier I had (it says Kiera on my receipt) was extremely nice and efficient. I told her I had a hefty order (8 ice creams) and she was able to get everything accurate right off the bat and was just overall so sweet. Awesome job girl👍🏻 3) they made ALL my ice creams so quickly. Like....freaky fast efficient. The woman working the counter made sure I had enough spoons, put all of them in a drink carrier for me and the best part.....OFFERED TO HEP ME BRING THEM TO MY CAR 😱😍 just amazing. I declined because I’m stubborn, but I was seriously so impressed. I came home and ranted and raved to everyone in the house because I was just so happy. Great work y’all! Y’all rock! 👏🏻👏🏻“

“I went to this frozen yogurt location with hunger in my stomach and a passion for something sweet. I’ve been to plenty of good places like sweet frogs and cold stones but nothing can top the experience I had today. The staff were excellent and I love their funny little shirts. Not to mention the yogurt was delicious and the toppings were scrumptious. I wouldn’t even have complained if everyone working was on their phones when I walked in, that’s how excellent and attentive they were as soon as I entered. Would recommend to anyone hungry in the Hansberry area. I WILL be skinny dipping again!!!!“

“Delicious patty melt and the chocolate custard is AMAZING! I was disappointed that my onion rings order was missing and I didn’t notice til I’d already left. I was hoping to try them. Hopeful that little kinks like that and the wait time in drive thru will improve as they go.“
