“The drive thru here is horrendous and useless! Even if there's only one or two people ahead of you, get ready for a fifteen to twenty minutes wait and that would be the norm! The reason is because they make each order as they are ordered and this type of food I does take longer than McDonald's. However, the cashier never utilities the drive thru parking and even if you have a drink or simple order you are forced to wait twenty minutes. What's the point of having the drive thru parking is is never used!“

“I have been twice now and both times the food was great. The view is outside is gorgeous btw. Now as for the food the menu is a variety of dishes themed from different parts of the world. It honestly doesn’t matter what you get it’s going to be delicious. If it’s on the menu when you go I highly recommend the Georgian flatbread, the bao buns, the chorreadas, or the cachapas!“

“A little on the pricey side but food was so good, its like I cooked it myself. I was very surprised and happy about that. Usually going out to eat isn't as good as home-cooked meals. Staff was very friendly and even though its not sanitary in my opinion, they have a sitting area with a bunch of children's books and toys for little ones. They even printed out holiday themed menus for children with coloring page on the back. We plan on coming here again.“

1. Red Bean Bun
2. Japanese Curry Bun
3. Savory Chicken Sandwich
4. Milk tea

I enjoyed the savory chicken sandwich the most it was soooo good! The Japanese curry was good. The red bean bun is not what I thought it would be, but it is okay. They were very generous with the Boba and the milk tea was delicious (better priced than most places).“

“First Watch is now our favorite breakfast place to go. It was really bad years ago as far as time to serve. It was so bad we would drive to the one in west end and still be done sooner. After they removed the manager and automated the ordering system, we now give it an A+.“

“I stopped here to avoid the ubiquitous Starbucks in the area. It did not disappoint. I had an iced tea and a wonderful coffee cake muffin. The menu has a full array of sandwiches and such as well. It's easy to find inside the office building. I will definitely return.“

“I just discovered the Green Goddess Avocado Toast with feta and arugula at Panera Bread! I add egg white and some garlic aioli with coffee this is under $10.00. When I travel Panera is my go to for consistency and good healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner! A great value for a healthy meal!“

“Used to work here but still came in on my off days when I could to get a good ol’ Tomato soup with my little baguette to dip in it. Also, I absolutely recommend our summertime item called the Strawberry poppyseed salad. I was hesitant at first cause I’m a picky eater, but I’ve come to absolutely love it. Just without the nuts due to personal preference. The frozen strawberry lemonade is super tasty as well. Wish I had one in Honolulu. I miss my souls and salad.“

“I've visited this Panera Bread several times now, and the food quality has consistently been good. Ordering through their app is convenient, and my orders have always been ready in a timely manner. I also appreciate that there's usually plenty of seating available inside. Based on my experiences, I would definitely recommend this Panera location.“

“I last went into Panera Bread on 7104 Midlothian Turnpike Richmond, VA 23225 Cafe 601674 on Saturday July 24th I had a cashier named Jeffrey Her and he was absolutely outstanding at his job! He took my order in a quick orderly fashion and was super friendly and easy to talk with. when I sat down at my table with food, I noticed a homeless person sitting there. so I went back up to the register to talk with Jeffrey about the man and he did confirm they he was homeless and helped me pick out a $50.00 food gift card for him. which then I gave to the homeless person. Then because I help out when I can with the homeless with RVA Humble Beginnings, I had a ton of items to give him as well. All in all the service was excellent and Jeffrey Her was an exceptional cashier! I hope that Panera Bread at this location keeps him on/working for as long as he wants to work for the company. I will be going back.“
