“Food was good except I'm missing bacon on my footlong pickleball sub. other than that I waited 12 min without a hello because they are doing online orders. when they get done they ask the lady behind me what she wanted and dident even offer a apology as to why they did not acknowledge my presence. only 2 people inside mind you. when I got my change he was 5 cent off but I dont wanna argue with him because his and the Co worker English so bad they might think I'm racist which I am not. Hope service gets better I'll be back to update.

“The Sandwich Shop is awesome! I’ve had every sandwich a few times, and some dozens of times. They are all great. And the fries are the best! But if you don’t want fries, get the cheesy bacon tater tots! You can’t go wrong. This is a real gem in Vienna.“

“This is my go to coffee spot and you really can’t beat the price. Even when I add oat milk to my lattes my total is usually around $5.50- much cheaper than most coffee shops in the area. I love the brown butter toffee and the blueberry cobbler lattes. Some of the workers definitely make the lattes better than others- on a one off occasion my latte tasted like nothing as if they didn’t put any of the flavored syrups in. Their strawberry lemonade is also very good! In terms of sandwiches, I love the chunky dunk and my boyfriend is a big fan of the club sub- even claiming it’s the best sandwich he’s ever had. Ive been coming to this spot since they were a little shack down the street- I love it!“

“I go here all the time and the best ppl, best customer service, really good food. It hasn’t been so long since I found out about this place and when I first had it, it was soooo good!!! My sisters are picky and they even said it was really good. Ther bao buns are also so good!!! I highly recommend it and I feel like the price is really good too!!“

“This was my first time at Firehouse Subs. I ordered the steak and cheese on garlic bread along with french fries. I can honestly say this was the best steak and cheese I’ve ever had and I loved the thick fries. I originally went to purchase a Thanksgiving turkey sub, but they were limited time only and I missed out, I bet it was as good as a commercial showed. Either way I will be back!!!“

“Subway is a go to staple of mine. Today due to many factors I needed to buy lunch and was on 123. I saw this subway and pulled in. First off they greeted me as I entered. Nice touch. The store was adequately staffed and turning sandwiches fast. Everyone was friendly and professional. I ordered the subway club which is thankfully back on the menu. When I started eating my sandwich the first thing I noticed was the roll. This was much better then any subway I have been to. The roll had a nice crust and was soft and fluffy on the inside like it should be. All the ingredients tasted fresh and I have never been happier with a sandwich from subway in all the years I have been going (20+) Great crew at this location.“

“Stopped in to pick up my mobile order, and the experience was a blessing from start to finish. I ordered the Vito — absolutely delicious as always. I appreciated being acknowledged the moment I walked in; it set a positive tone right away. The process was so seamless it almost felt divinely timed — I walked in, let them know I had just placed my mobile order, and it was already being prepared.

I took a moment to wash my hands in their spotless restroom, and as I walked back out, the staff had my bag ready to go. On top of that, the cookie was the perfect sweet-tooth fix I needed to keep my spirit lifted as I continued my work day.

“I needed a quick lunch for the kids and myself, between Saturday activities, so we decided to try Subway in the Franklin Farm shopping center. Excellent choice as it turns out. The staff is very friendly and patient, the place is very clean and bright and the food was fresh and tasty. We tried a few new menu items, like the seasoned steak and avocado sandwich, and we are very pleased. It's a nice place to go and grab lunch for a reasonable price.“

“I've been going to this location since my early days of working at Blockbuster and Hollywood Video. The management and staff are awesome! When I order my sub I always ask for the original way they cut the bread from the early 90's. Every sub made has been a masterpiece and delicious. “I love Subway. In fact, I usually get a wrap, instead of a sub. Bread smells good. But I'm trying to eat less carbs. They have two wraps. One is Spanish and the other Center tomato. Sometimes I just get veggie, without any meat. No matter what I get. I always add yellow peppers and red peppers. I love Subway and luckily I have one right by my house.“
