“Well this review is long overdue. We have been ordering and dining at 'Sakoonthai' restaurant for two years and the food is delicious.

At the restaurant you'll find a warm, inviting atmosphere, clean and bright with great food.
It's located in a shopping plaza and it's hard to imagine such a cute place exists, which is a big part of its appeal.

The food is great with flavorful Thai cuisine and the portions are generous.
The one thing I didn't like is that they cook with vegetable oil not the healthiest option, esp. since many restaurants these days are switching to 'Grass-Fed Beef Tallow'. Still worth a visit if you're craving Thai food. The Drunken Noodle is good but isn't as silky as another's in-house variety. Someones it's a little dry so you have to ask for more sauce up front, the same for the Pad Thai dish.
My husband always orders the Duck Curry dish which is his personal favorite. Most of the time he said the Duck came out well and it's satisfying.
To drink always Thai Ice Tea for my husband. For me it's too sweet, has to much ice and I'm sure is sweetened with refined sugar.
I go for hot Jasmine tea to drink, juice or nothing. Drinking water is actually from the tap.
The service is good, professional, but no exception. Also the service clothing looks clean.
Anyway it's a lovely restaurant to visit if you're in the Centreville area and enjoy Thai cuisine.“

“Food was delicious. Our party had Pad See Ew, Panang Curry, Drunken Noodles, Hang Over Lo Mein, and Thai Fried Rice and everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was very attentive and came to refill drinks and check if we needed anything multiple times. We were there to celebrate my son's graduation and they brought out some complimentary Thai donuts! We definitely plan on returning.“

“My husband and I love Lil' Bowl. Tonight I decided to surprise my husband with a bento bowl which he has never had. They were so good. There was so much food, we had leftovers for tomorrow. Yum! I had the Pad Thai...very good. My husband had the chicken fried rice, and we both really enjoyed our Bento Boxes. We also really enjoyed the mango sticky rice for our dessert. If you like Thai and Japanese cuisine, you have to try Lil' Bowl. We highly recommend it.“

A little rough on service start we had to listen to waitress vent about how she has to serve Alo e and the guy who was to show up to help won:t be in until 5pm. “Great food, hidden gem inside the hotel!I was a bit skeptical when I realized this place is located right inside the Comfort Inn, but I am so glad we stopped by. The interior is actually really beautiful with traditional Thai decor, and it has a nice, cozy atmosphere.We ordered the chicken Pad Thai and the beef Pad See Ew. Both had amazing wok flavor, and the spice level was spot on. We also did the lunch special, which was an awesome value because it came with free spring rolls. The only minor letdown was the mango sticky rice at the end—the mango was a bit sour and underripe, but the main dishes completely made up for it.“

“Nalak Thai has become one of our family’s favorite places to dine for both special occasions or just for a delicious dinner out. It’s a relatively new establishment, but it’s become a staple restaurant for our family as the food is consistently delicious and the service is always friendly and accommodating. The majority of Nalak’s dishes can be modified for spice level and to be vegetarian, and there are many options for adults and children alike. I am obsessed with the drunken noodles (extra spicy!) and Thai green curry, but their drink menu also has me constantly coming back for more. If you are a matcha fan, the ceremonial matcha drink list will guarantee a return visit! Highly recommend Nalak Thai as the best Thai food in Northern Virginia!“

“We stumble across this place and I am so glad we did. We were greeted by the most loveliest ladies. I think one of the lady’s grandkids happen to stop by and it was just so much love and it reminded me of being at home. The food was absolutely delicious. We kept telling them. I will absolutely be back check them out. You won’t regret it.“

“Best Cashew Chicken in Northern Virginia!!

We have been going to Natta Thai for years and their cashew chicken is my comfort food, one of my favorite birthday dinners and just all around best meals. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, and the sauce is amazing, no other cashew chicken comes close!

The Satay chicken is also incredibly good and they give you great portions. I always get at least 2 meals out of the cashew chicken.“

The food is amazing but it's the owners that really make the place. I go often for the food but am always happy to see the staff. Panisa Thai Dining never disappoints. Every dish came out fresh, perfectly balanced, and full of authentic flavor—hands down some of the best Thai food in the area.
The service was just as wonderful as the meal; the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. We also noticed they recently added new specialty cocktails to the drink menu, which made for a fantastic pairing with the meal.

They offered to replace it with a different dish or asked if it would be okay to wait for 30 mins while they had fried rice ready. We decided to wait and glad that we did because that basil fried rice with chicken was delicious. We also had kra pow gai and that was very flavorful as well. Can’t wait to try more dishes. “What’s not too love at Thai Basil. Aside from the food, they are always busy but will always make room for my family for birthdays etc... we are a large family usually 20-30 people. They know us well. You can take Thai cooking classes there too!“
