This Taco Bell location in Norton, Va. will stuff your taco to the max, and be pleasant while doing it.
But, I still cringe at paying almost $3.00 for a single soft taco supreme, especially when I'm old enough to remember when it was just .89 at one time for a single soft taco supreme.

I had a friend with me. I told the person taking the order to please make sure to give us plenty of Arby's Sauce. They said they would. When I pulled up to the window I asked the girl to please make sure to give plenty of Arby's Sauce. She said ok. We got 3 packs in our bags. That was for 3 sandwiches. If I hadn't of ask for plenty I wouldn't be upset, but I asked twice and still only got 3 packs. I don't live locally to where I could have went back. “I was picking up DoorDash orders last night, and every order I got was from this store. The employees were truly one of a kind. They are such kind souls. When I was done delivering DoorDash orders I decided to go through the drive through and order food for myself and my boyfriend. After ordering my food my card had declined. Unfortunately all the money I made from door dashing had been took from my account. I started telling the worker that was there helping me all night with the orders what I wanted took off my order so I could afford it. They paid for what I could not. I am truly thankful for that. I was delivering door dash orders to be able to get food. This person went above and beyond. There are still good souls out there, and this person and their coworkers are few of them.“

Today We had A very bad experience at this location becayse of an Employee's disrespectful Rant and Mocking my placing my order her name was I think "Whitney" She is A shorter Female with A Buzz Cut, I walked in the store to place our family's take out as I normally do. My partner is very specific and Likes to have it her way! Burger Kings Slogan is "Have it your way"...or atleast I thought it was...After I placed my order to the front counter person, I waited a couple minutes and went to take drink to the car and my partner tells me that The employee "Whitney" came outside literally right in front of the restaurant and our family van as my other sits and watches her literally MOCK AND ACT OUT HOW I PLACED OUR FOOD ORDER and she is talking to A manager I think her name Is Vanna and they both laughing about the fact I wanted No Mayo On Our Rodeo King Burger...To be honest Why is this is the slightest bit funny is beyond me, but what really upsets our family is they sat there for a while during work hours doing this and making fun of A spending customer. Now the older more "mature" manager inside is A Delight and always is, and along with the crew that was actually in the building doing work! They All was very welcoming and Apologized about this. I spoke to the Front Counter employees about it, but I really hope they address this issue as I was simply trying to enjoy our visit to Burger King as we regularly do this time This Employee really went to far and as for management to sit there and Laugh and act as if this behavior is okay...I am sorry but it is not. Let's try To Honor Have It Your Way without rudely mocking somebody's order in front of there own family...SMH.“

“The past few times I have gotten food from here it has been horrible. Chicken was so dry it was almost like jerky. Mashed potatoes were clumpy and not mixed all the way and Mac and cheese was scorched and dry as well. They did replace one meal but it happened again. Edit to add- I now call in to order before I go and ask for the chicken to be cooked fresh. I hope they can get more help so they can keep fresher food. It's sad that no one wants to work now days“
