“I’m willing to bet that 5T Ice is one of those local gems that you might not be checking out enough. Don’t let the name fool you - this is place is FAR more than frozen yogurt, delicious bubble teas and coffees. I’ve been during the week and ALWAYS have to get the house special Banh Mi, but on weekends it’s basically like Christmas for your mouth. They have all of these homemade Vietnamese specialties and if you can’t decide, I strongly recommend the scorched-earth approach I used and just get everything you carry out of there.“

“Visited the newly opened Tapioca Express in Herndon today. Enjoyed their boba and was surprised they had so many snack options!! Favorites were the shrimp tempura with sweet chili sauce and the fried string beans. They didn’t seem very fried which is good in my book. Nicely seasoned too. Their crispy chicken was also good we were able to choose the spice level and I went with medium which was perfect. The chichi fries were great… love the chichi sauce that comes with it! As for drinks I loved the Mangonada. It was so beautiful and delicious for how hot and humid it was outside. Also enjoyed the honeydew snow bubble and combination yogurt frost which tasted similar to a Greek yogurt parfait with fruit. The staff was very friendly, the space is cute but small more of a to-go and enjoy outside type of place. They do however have a high top table if you’re able to snag it! Definitely coming back to try more of their menu soon!“

“My 4-month-old and I absolutely love this place. The ambiance, environment, and design are wonderfully spacious and kid-friendly. The top-notch food and drinks, especially the fresh sugar cane juice, are my personal favorites. My little one would probably agree if he could express it (maybe in a year). Overall, I'd rate this place 9.5/10. The only thing missing is an entertainment center or a selfie/promo spot for young adults, but they more than make up for it with their incredible drink.“

Well priced and not much of a price difference between all the sizes, so next time I'll get the largest size. Unique menu with some flavors I've never heard of. I'll be back to try them all. “By far of the best boba places I have ever been to. There is a kiosk up front where you can view the menu and order and they have a wide range of selections to choose from. There’s a good amount of seating, it’s never too crowded, and the inside is very nice with lots of cool authentic designs. Definitely a great place for a date or to hang out with friends and family. It’s also right by a lot of other establishments making this location incredibly convenient. Parking, however, may be limited as the lot is kind of small. Nevertheless, this is one of the best boba shops I have ever been to and you should definitely check it out.“

“100% recommended. Came here one hour before they closed because my friend wanted to try the Blended Milo, since no place seems to have the exact one in Vietnam. I got myself the egg cream milk tea. It turned out that they both tasted EXACTLY the same as the type of boba we had in Vietnam. We’ve been coming back every single week ever since then. “We came in with a party of 6 on a busy Saturday night and couldn’t be happier with the food or the service!! My 7yo asked for trainer chopsticks and while they didn’t have them, the servers fashioned some from a pair of adult chopsticks and a napkin! The smile on my 7yo’s face was just amazing! “This Kokee Tea stand is ok, but I prefer going to the Main Street location. The Fair Oaks make the bubble tea before you order so you can’t really change your mind, which I think is a little ridiculous because it should be as soon as you pay, and they have rules about touching the counter. The cashier was also judgmental about me getting a lychee tea with boba, and I had to give in and say I wanted both boba and lychee topping. The teas here are great, but the ones at the Kokee Tea - Main Street location are even better. I’m also a rewards member and unable to redeem my points when I go to this Kokee Tea.“

“I was craving ramen and decided to give bubblebee a try and I was not disappointed. The build your own ramen is such an amazing menu item and allowed me to pick just what I wanted. I chose a spicy miso base with classic ramen noodles, green onions, a soft boiled egg and pork & chive gyoza. I inhaled the entire bowl. Highly recommend.“

“Fun experience and delicious beverage treats! We enjoyed being able to order on the screen and our drinks were prepared very quickly! A little pricey but when you consider the cost of everything and how much is going into the drinks, it’s no different than anything else. We appreciated the kind tea makers confirming that we wanted each of the ingredients and really wanted to ensure they got our drinks correct. We signed up for the loyalty program and will definitely be back to try other drinks. We enjoyed mango and strawberry machi. Our first but definitely not last visit!“

“Great customer service from the workers, and they were very helpful with helping me choose what to order. But shame on the owner for allowing these workers to work in a hot environment where the A/C is not working. I would hope someone would come with a fan but who knows! Giving the stars because the dessert items are delicious. But I feel very bad for the workers that don’t deserve to work in these conditions.“
