“Arrived a few hours early for a flight so popped into this Starbucks at Dulles Airport in Terminal B. No line and immediately greeted with a smile and a good morning greeting from Derek. He took my order, knew the menu well, and throughout the process made good eye contact with the most pleasant manner. The tables were spotless and lighting just right. My order was made exactly the way I asked and served quickly and nice and hot. I would recommend this location to anyone with travel into or out of Terminal B.“

“Service was friendly, but that’s where it ended. I never got my coffee. I waited for 25 minutes after I ordered and had to leave to make sure I got on my flight in time. I stopped when I got back from my trip and the manager gave me my coffee. It was refreshing and nice that she made it right.“
