With both gluten-free and Vegan family member, this bakery provided college graduation cakes, 80th birthday cakes for grandparents and countless treats and surprises we could all eat together. “I've been going to the Silver Diner in Reston for over 15 years. Food is always good, new items added to menu seasonally, staff are real folks who are easy to talk with and joke with as well. You get a sense of "family" when you are there as staff and customers interact. Servers are fun people and make your day. Today was Rubia's day and she is special. Come out and see for yourself.“

“This place is subpar. Food was average, not worth the price. However, I will absolutely be coming back due to the service. Andrew did everything in his power to accommodate my family. I don’t think I’ve seen a server as personable, competent, and willing to fulfill our wants and needs. He seems to go out of his way in order to make us feel welcome, and that no task is too small. He even made our kids happy! Any request they had, he was on top of. Very attentive, respectful, and polite! Maybe this guy should be a manager….? He checked on us more than the actual managers did, even though he was clearly busy; I don’t think I saw a manager my entire time. I would have loved to praise him to a higher up. KEEP THIS GUY! I love the new lamps on the table, it gives a little more light, and makes me feel like I’m not in a dungeon. Host seemed very disinterested in helping, and very monotoned. Not necessarily how I want to feel when I walk in. Didn’t really feel welcome until our server came along.“

“Wow. Incredibly impressed with this place. The coffee tasted amazing. The latte was fantastic (get the vanilla cream) with a perfect amount of foam on top. The Nutella acma and the egg sandwich were a perfect start to the day. And everything reasonably priced. Better than reasonable- I haven’t seen a $5 breakfast sandwich in years. And a flavored latte under $5 is almost unheard of. Bathroom was clean. This place was great and I can’t wait to go back.“

“Was in a bind and way behind over the Christmas celebration with a wife who is gluten sensitive and has a birthday on Christmas Eve. Did an order in the AM and drove over to check out the place and glad I did as they were super busy and usually get orders weeks in advance. Chef Dennis did some magic and delivered an amazing teal colored (her favorite color) cake with yellow butter cake and chocolate butter icing. Definitely was a huge hit, and will get in front of this for my next order.“

“We worked with Simply Desserts for our wedding cake and they did an AMAZING job! The cake was gorgeous and the team was really helpful. We loved doing the at home tasting and appreciated that Ocean took the time to do a video call with us before we booked!! The team includes a free cake on your one-year anniversary so we didn't even have to worry about boxing it up after the wedding. My only regret is not getting enough cake on wedding day lol guess I'll just have to wait until our anniversary 😉😋!“

“Don't write many reviews but had to offset the one current negative review. This is not a full blown sports bar but serves one of the best burgers in the area and the wings are very good. Also have an excellent rotating selection of ~20 beers on tap. There is one big screen and several hanging TVs. Yes its the dining area at Whole Foods with a limited menu but the food/beer are worth a visit IMO.“

The service is pretty standard, but the staff is warm and welcoming, which makes up for it. My fiancée tried the chicken strips and really enjoyed them. Overall, a solid dining experience!“

I come here quite often. Just sit down and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a Boba tea. I need a fine pastry. I end up leaving with 50+ dollars or more in pastries either for my family or friends and family at work each and every time I come in this place it’s absolutely amazing. The service is beyond the people that come to this place are awesome.
