“Best birria tacos ever! Make sure you get the sides, rice, beans, esquiotes (elotes in a bowl). It was so good we got food to go to eat tomorrow. We live 60 miles away and unanimously agreed to come back here just for the food. They are getting a liquor license and will start serving drinks next week. I can't wait to return. Additional bonus, the staff was awesome, friendly, helpful, hospitable and the food came out quickly.“

“Last night was my husband’s and my first time dining here, and it truly left an impression. One of the first things we loved was the restaurant’s commitment to giving back to the community. As soon as you walk in, there’s a sign explaining how meals are donated to local women’s shelters and how guests and staff can pay it forward by purchasing meals for those in need. Anyone facing a tough time can simply take a ticket from the wall for a prepaid meal such a thoughtful and meaningful concept.

Our server was absolutely phenomenal (I wish I remembered her name! -- She had long red wavy hair). She took the time to walk us through the menu, shared her personal favorites, and recommended several must-try tacos. Let me just say… she did not miss!

Every single bite was bursting with flavor. We tried the birria, Havana, Rus & Gus, and Peruvian chicken tacos, along with the street corn salad and veggies on the side and everything was incredible. From the food to the service to the heart behind the restaurant, this place checks all the boxes.

Safe to say we’ve found a new favorite spot and will absolutely be back.“

“This place is kind of small hole in the wall. Seats about 14 or so outside and not many more people inside. Nice menu that's not too large or too small. Some Tex-Mex menus have way too many choices. The starter tortilla chips and salsa were top notch. Service all around was excellent. I had the Chicken Chimichanga and it was one of the best I've ever had. It came with rice and refried beans as well as pico, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce. Everything was delicious, cooked perfectly, and reasonably priced. The presentation was great as well Can't wait to come back.“

“The BEST Mexican food truck in the area! It is super authentic and always fresh. The food is amazing but in particular they’re made to order tamales. You have to contact the owners wife and get a minimum of 12 either chicken, pork, or rajas but trust me it’s worth it!“

“Absolutely delicious chicken and beef berria tinga tostadas. My suggestion is redoing their sign. It's a giant mass of black ink illustration that is way too busy visually, with a teeny tiny name underneath in a hard to read font when you're driving by on a busy road. The name should be VERY PROMINENT from the street. I drove by twice before figuring it out.“

I stopped here for a quick lunch with my mom and sister. It was around 1pm and the place was pretty empty. It was a classic Mexican style restaurant! Our sever, such a sweet lady, was patient as it was our first visit to any Anita’s chain. So we ordered our dishes in hopes that it wouldn’t be a waste of money!

And let me tell you it wasn’t! We all ordered different dishes to share in case one didn’t like theirs. We allllll loved ours. My favorite was the chimichanga! The refried beans with the chimichanga were magically delicious! The balance of savory was just right!

He greeted me warmly, took real care with my order, explained everything clearly, and even added fresh extras without being asked. He moved fast, stayed positive, and made sure everything was perfect.
What really impressed me was how he leads by example — checking on customers, keeping the team sharp, and delivering service way above what you expect at a fast-casual spot. Rob has that rare combination of hustle, genuine care, and natural leadership that makes the whole experience better.

The beef tacos seemed traditional Mexican style and they were so tasty! I got 3 to the order that were very filling. I’m fairly certain the tortillas were hand made, they certainly tasted fresh and homemade with something like pico & beef inside, topped with radish and cucumber, side of lime and the best sauce. So good! I wish I’d taken a pic because the presentation was nice. I ordered tamales to go and will have them later. They were wrapped very well and kept warm while I sat to eat. It smells delicious. I’m not local or I’d return.“

“This place was sooooo good. The quality of the tacos was great. The ingredients were good quality. Nothing was super greasy, everything tasted fresh. My suggestion is to order the steak taco. The other ones had lettuce, I'm more of a slaw person. Don't skip on the corn either, it was really good“
