“The food was good. It was a bit confusing that they had two different pick-up spots for the food and ice cream. It was very busy so I couldn't even see that there was another counter. Seating was very limited. I had to walk around lots of people to get to anything. I don't know if I would bother eating in again of it was busy, but the food and ice cream were worth going back to pick up.“

I ordered combo meal with quarter white chicken that comes with rice and yucca. White meat was a bit dry and I couldn’t finish it. Yucca was great. I could eat that all day. Rice was just ok. Nothing too special. Service was ok. The server at the counter didn’t speak English and had trouble taking my order. Atmosphere is what I expected at Peruvian chicken place. We watched as we ate our fantastic dinner as one of the employees came and greeted the local elderly veteran by name and had a wholesome conversation with him telling him how it was their veterans appreciation day!The manager was the kindest soul and checked in on us and everyone else with great charm! “This is my go to Wendy's for a quick bite when I'm working an evening schedule. The food has always come out fresh and piping hot. I tried their Crispy Panko Fish sandwich for the first time and must say I was rather impressed. All the elements came together perfectly; the steamed bun, the savory, crispy panko breaded fish patty, oozing melty cheese, and a generous amount of dill tartar sauce. I like how they added pickles, which I thought helped to heighten the other flavors in the sandwich.“

“I live in Richmond and was in town visiting got hungry and ate lunch. The food tasted so fresh, it actually tasted better than my Shake Shack in Richmond. Asia and the entire staff were friendly and helpful. I love this place! Thank you!

Kid-friendliness: Large place and many tables to choose from. There are plant walls to create separate seating. I believe they have crayons and a coloring sheet.

Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide although not automatic. Lots of room inside restaurant to move a wheelchair assisted or alone.“

“Kicco Marden... we visit almost every week. Every week we make a slightly fussy order - eg extra vanilla, half shot coffee, wrap half a meal for takeaway, no ice in the juice... every week they give us service with a smile and they get the order exactly right. Thanks guys, it's appreciated 😀“

“I highly recommend the donuts. Visited Fairfax duck donuts about a month ago. However, the service was horrible. The staff was unfriendly, the cashier never greeted us and just took our order and passed it on to the next person. The T-shirt she was wearing was dirty and covered in flour. Maybe an apron that could be changed when dirty would be a good idea. The young lady who put the toppings on the donuts kept looking over her shoulder at a child who was crying and glaring at the mother. She was slow anyway and that made her even slower. When she finally gave me my order, again no greeting just slid the box toward me. I Commented I was missing missing one donut. Her reply was oh yeah I forgot to put that in the box. No apologies or anything. So as I said the donuts were great. Absolutely love them. But the staff need some training in customer service.“

French fries are very delicious. The seasoning is delicious, and the fries can be soggy if done incorrectly, but these are very fresh!

“Just like most taco bells it's small inside but food is still good. Parking lot is crazy to get in and out of.Everytime we come to this location we have to make sure that the order was correct. We've gotten some burritos that weren't the right ones or missing stuff from our order.“

“I placed an online order for a chicken quesadilla and I selected the chile sauce by mistake. I came back and asked if I could get another one without the sauce since I included it by mistake. Christopher was so kind and he immediately made a new one for me for free and he even included a side of that sauce just in case I wanted to try a little bit. I love how easy it is to order online, including how easily it is to request extra sauce and other toppings, and best of all they have vegan cheese, vegan italian sausage, and lots of other vegetable (and pineapple) toppings.“
