“First time here it was recommended to me by my Uber passenger Muhammad, so I came in and had their hot dog and onion rings the hot dog had great snacks onion rings for nice and crunchy with lots of flavor I do recommend the Freddy's fry sauce“

“I highly recommend the donuts. Visited Fairfax duck donuts about a month ago. However, the service was horrible. The staff was unfriendly, the cashier never greeted us and just took our order and passed it on to the next person. The T-shirt she was wearing was dirty and covered in flour. Maybe an apron that could be changed when dirty would be a good idea. The young lady who put the toppings on the donuts kept looking over her shoulder at a child who was crying and glaring at the mother. She was slow anyway and that made her even slower. When she finally gave me my order, again no greeting just slid the box toward me. I Commented I was missing missing one donut. Her reply was oh yeah I forgot to put that in the box. No apologies or anything. So as I said the donuts were great. Absolutely love them. But the staff need some training in customer service.“

“This is my go to Wendy's for a quick bite when I'm working an evening schedule. The food has always come out fresh and piping hot. I tried their Crispy Panko Fish sandwich for the first time and must say I was rather impressed. All the elements came together perfectly; the steamed bun, the savory, crispy panko breaded fish patty, oozing melty cheese, and a generous amount of dill tartar sauce. I like how they added pickles, which I thought helped to heighten the other flavors in the sandwich.“

“I have bi-monthly get togethers of about 20 people. We only order vegan pizza, and we always order from Mod. I love how easy it is to order online, including how easily it is to request extra sauce and other toppings, and best of all they have vegan cheese, vegan italian sausage, and lots of other vegetable (and pineapple) toppings.“

“I placed an online order for a chicken quesadilla and I selected the chile sauce by mistake. I came back and asked if I could get another one without the sauce since I included it by mistake. Christopher was so kind and he immediately made a new one for me for free and he even included a side of that sauce just in case I wanted to try a little bit. “Stopped in to pick up my mobile order, and the experience was a blessing from start to finish. I ordered the Vito — absolutely delicious as always. I appreciated being acknowledged the moment I walked in; it set a positive tone right away. The process was so seamless it almost felt divinely timed — I walked in, let them know I had just placed my mobile order, and it was already being prepared.

I took a moment to wash my hands in their spotless restroom, and as I walked back out, the staff had my bag ready to go. On top of that, the cookie was the perfect sweet-tooth fix I needed to keep my spirit lifted as I continued my work day.
