“We were in town this past weekend for my daughter's cheer competition and we picked here to eat... OMG we are sooo happy we did... This place is amazing... This is by far some of the BEST food we've ever had.... Everything tasted sooo amazing. It's a very nice place too and the staff is super nice. Everything was amazing... Highly Recommend!!! “Today is my birthday and I woke up wanting breakfast. I picked my mom and my pregnant sister up and off we went. The food was delicious. Ms Pat. and Ms. Lou was so amazing. Omg when I say the atmosphere was so great. The portion size was awesome. Food was steaming hot… Seasoning was on point. Mom driving back up next week and we have another day schedule to go back for breakfast. Tuck you Ms Pat and Ms Lou“

“Good food, good prices. Was visiting the area and read reviews. Realized this was a place we wanted to try. Worth the visit. The only issue is that we realized later that there are 2 locations, U Street does not offer seating, the other locations does. We had to take our food back to our Air BnB. Wanted the whole dinning experience but the good quality of the food made up for it. So good, we went back for a plate on our way back out of town.Only drawback: no seating areaVegetarian options: offered several non-meat option sides: macaroni and cheese, yams, fried oktra. Not sure if they offer vegan options.“
