“I stop here almost daily and this Starbucks is always great. The baristas are friendly, helpful with rewards, and they always say greet me when I walk in. I usually order ahead on the app and my drink is ready when I get there. The store is always clean and well taken care of. Definitely my favorite location.“
“I always get my morning coffee from this Starbucks, and it never disappoints! Huge thanks to RAE she always welcomes you with a warm smile and a quick, pleasant chat. She even gives helpful suggestions if you’re unsure what to try, and her recommendations are always on point. It’s the little things like this that make my mornings better. Great service and great vibes! I highly recommend this place!“
“So far, I've worked security at 3 giant locations. And this seems to be the best one in regards to a great working environment. Everybody there was just super helpful and nice. Every store has its shoplifters. And I will always try my best legally to stop that from happening but one giant location asked me to perform duties beyond the scope of my job and they complained to my boss because I wouldn't. At this location, all the staff are super friendly and management is helpful. I live right near the other giant that I worked at and it's continued to go downhill. I never wrote a review for this location to show how truly grateful I am for their respect to me as an officer so here it is. Thanks“
“This new place just opened in the Falls Church area, and it’s great! Everything inside is fresh and new, and it’s right next to Barnes & Noble. There aren’t any tables inside, but that’s no problem—you can chill and read books over at Barnes & Noble. My go-to sandwich is the spinach feta wrap with sriracha sauce. Parking is super easy to find, and if you love reading a book while sipping on coffee like I do, you’re going to love this spot!
Parking: It's free parking in front
Kid-friendliness: There's barns and nobels inside
Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible“
“It is more than coffee...it is your happy place when you take a break from work, it is your comfort food location, a snack, a bite, some sugar for your brain, or perhaps a spinach feta cheese white egg wrap at about $3 and 300 calories....and coffee...ah, coffee we love...how many times did we try obtaining the same flavor at home? It is just impossible: Starbucks coffee is magic. Come over and spend your break from work "Starbucks way"....And in case you didn't know, you can get a coffee refill for less than $1...and it gets even better, you get it for free if you are a member !“
“Coming back from my Doctor's office last Friday after a fasting visit I was in desperate search for a Starbuck's and noticed a new one just minutes away in Gatehouse Plaza. Long line for the drive thru so I went inside and although no seating, saw so much room inside and well laid out for post pandemic. Bit chaotic and took a little while to get my London Fog but folks seemed very pleasant. Be careful backing out as the entrance is also very busy.“
“Had a food item replaced due to an allergy and received it cold. Whoever was on to-go orders was killing it & was on top of putting everything together but it did not seem like the rest of staff matched their energy. No confirmation from the staff member when handing the product order, he was ready to help but did not seem to have customer service training. The baristas here have been great for years though“
“Drive thru always has a long line but typically moves quickly. Really friendly servers and delicious coffee. Thanks for the pup cups!

“I came in with my sister to study and have a little hot chocolate with peppermint. Lotus helped me, and he was so so kind. I forgot that my sister doesn't drink dairy, and he was so quick to remake it without a problem. the only thing is that its a little loud for a coffee shop but other than that i was very happy!“
