“Nice atmosphere live band, food and drinks with lots of friendly people with good vibes, but not enough seats, they must do better in that area. They were pack as well. Bartenders didn't serve everybody, people were complaining about being ignored when trying to order drinks or food.“

“After a show at the Naro Theater we walked over to the No Frill Bar and Grill for a late lunch. Four in our party, we had the Famous Meatloaf platter, Teriyaki Tuna pita, French dip, and Funky Chicken sandwich. The food is truly exceptional, everyone raved about their choice. My wife said the house made mushroom soup was the best she ever had. I also had a 'martini' with gin, lemon, St. Germaine, and topped with Sauvignon Blanc. To DIE For! This will be a go-to for us from now on!“

“One of my ABsolute favorite spots & I'd give 10 stars to The 10 Top! I cant say enough about this low key hidden gem. Their unique dishes, homemade soups & croutons etc. is some of the best food/retro atmosphere in Norfolk, and I dont say that lightly. Yums & noms!! Consistently something unique and interesting on their specials/soups and menu that intrigues and makes you want to try it all - makes choosing what to order tough bc it all is so amaze! MillCreek was so accommodating and the food was great (as usual) Burgers, Wings, chicken sliders, onion rings! Great experience of impressing our friends with a super friendly side of Hampton! 😁“

“The rock star staff at Grey Goose catered our wedding reception at Hampton Roads Event Center in May 2024. From our first phone call with Dana to the many follow up emails and menu adjustments the process was easy and Dana’s crew delivered nothing less than excellence on our big day. We were so pleased by the diverse catering options to create our custom menu of heavy horsd’oeuvlres, cheese board, meatballs, salads, and a bite sized dessert table was presented elegantly and most delicious! We did not want traditional catering with mass produced stainless steel serving troughs of food, but leaned more towards supporting local for a botique quality alongside an elegant presentation and Grey Goose delivered 100%. “I don't know why this place isn't always full. It's wow nice inside and somehow always has open seats. It feels like a real bar. A classy bar even. Pool tables on the back. This is a place to spend a nice evening with friends hanging out. Slightly off the beaten path on Colley Ave, but near everything.“

“The owners are super nice. Our food is always hot and delicious. I always get two pork chop sandwiches with tomato lettuce and onions with French fries and two egg rolls. I may even drink a beer while we are there. It's a chill place to go and shoot pool and listen to some good music and laugh with friends.“

I tried for myself and got a chicken sandwich combo and tenders with fries(21$) The guy in front was very nice and polite and the wife was the cook. From the menu I wasn't expecting much and with them being across from the shipyard don't expect huge portions - their clientele are working 10 hours shifts with 30min lunches lol ? . However the portion should fill you up decent . My food was made to order which I appreciated , had I not wanted to wait I would've called it in. Clean but dated environment but again their clientele is ship yard so people aren't eating inside. Again food is GREAT ??“

“We came here as a group of 6 on a Tuesday evening, and we were seated at their smallest table. When we asked to be moved to a larger (there were 3 open larger tables) we were told that the "wait" was too long. All 3 tables sat empty the entire time we ate. 3 of the 6 people in our party ordered the blackened sword fish at $34/plate. The orders came as grilled and they were severely over cooked. When we mentioned that the orders were wrong, we were told that they could take that fish back add blackened seasoning and re cook the same (already overcooked) fish. We asked to speak to the manager, whose immediate solution was to take off the automatic gratuity and just not tip our server. We never got an apology for the food being wrong, and the manager was completely rude the entire time. The manager's final solution was to take $4 off of a $80 bill. We will not be back.“

“Gem. We had kimchi patty melt. Dumplings. Goat cheese. Everything was exquisite. I am a diner patty melt purist... I generally object to patty melts that are not the 70 year old recipe. The kimchi patty melt actually gave patty melt and PACKED with layers of flavors. (A touch sloppy) Dumplings were delicious and flavorful and goat cheese was so insta worthy but I failed to let phone eat first . We are in the hood and have eaten here multiple times... Always upscale first class. The vibe at the bar is super hip. We have never been able to sit here until tonight. We don't come here enough it is such a fab place with a great creative menu.“

“I usually call ahead so when I go on lunch I can just grab it, pay, and go. Even if I don't call ahead of time the food is made quickly and tastes fine. $10 for a bacon cheeseburger with a decent amount of fries and a canned drink is honestly the best deal you'll get around here as a shipyard worker, at least in my opinion. They aren't rude, as some other reviews have said, they're just blunt. And I respect that. All in all 4/5 stars and I'll continue to eat here.“

“I mainly come out here for live music and the weekly open mics. I don’t drink so I have no need to sit at the bar. However, I will say that the server with the black hair is one of the most unpleasant individuals I’ve ever encountered. She’s always working on Thursdays (open mic nights). You would think that I rejected her back in high school or something. I try to get along with everyone but sometimes some people really just suck. Other than that, I love the place.“
