“I work here, so I’m a little partial, but ALOT of our visitors/travelers from out of town say that we’re better than their favorite BBQ place back home! (The ultimate compliment) Our ribs fall off the bone and you can’t beat the prices on our lunch specials especially. “We had decided awhile back we would not come back to this restaurant because of service and atmosphere (employees screaming at each other and waiting 1-1/2 hours snd still not getting our food). We gave it “one more chance” when we heard there was a new mgr. What an amazing difference! Amanda had completely turned this location around. Wonderful staff and service. This is now one of my favorite places. She is to be commended for all she’s done. And I’m sure she should be paid accordingly. Thank you, Amanda!“

“I was hesitant to try the Windy City Cafe after reading some of the reviews but so glad I did. Fries has become my wife and my favorite vacation spot. Tonight we decided to try the cafe and happy we did. The service, the food and the atmosphere were spot on. We will definitely be back!“
