“Went today. A group of eight. Most got cheeseburgers and fries which were great. The banana split in a cup was a winner for me. The service and atmosphere was a pleasure. can't wait to go back.“

“We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the Metro. Honestly you don't even need to go outside (except under an overhang) to catch the train. We were recognized at the front desk as diamond members, and given a room on an Executive Floor. Wonderful larger than usual room. One limitation was that we hoped to ask our housekeeper for extra decaf coffee in the room, but she did not speak English. She gave us herbal teas instead. We didn't feel strongly enough to pursue it. However, her housekeeping in our room was impeckable. Fresh towels every day! The executive lounge was a welcome respit as usual. I've seen reviews that state that the food was a bit repetitious and boring and sometimes lukewarm. That was true. Yet it was always substantial and we were so thankful for it. It took me a couple days to figure out the expresso machine, but that too we did not ask about. Evening hors d'ouvres were nice to have. We parked on the property and there were no issues. We felt welcome and that they were there to serve us everywhere we went in the hotel. Thank you.“

“We ate here for the first time, I was excited to hear about Gluten-free options and the server was VERY knowledgeable. Being celiac it's hard enough to find places to eat with your family.I was excited because i had read so many reviews about the gluten-free choices. However I got sick from cross contamination, everyone else's food was amazing! My daughter got the burger with Mac n cheese on it she ABSOLUTELY loved it. So for anyone who's not celiac I highly recommend!!!! In my daughters words food was bussin!!!!!!“

“We went for our anniversary. Food was perfect. Service was wonderful. The only lcomplaint is the bread. Wish it could have been better. Hard crusted. We couldnt eat it. Everything else was exceptional . Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.“

“You can tell the place is struggling for good workers but the management was on the floor the whole time helping out and everyone seemed to work as a team. Despite food coming out wrong and the waitress being new, she had a great attitude and they fixed the minor issues we had.“

“I've ate burgers in different chains all across America and in other countries as well. No one comes close to the Big Pal. It always has been and always will be the best burger you can eat. The only caveat is, make sure you order it with pickles (once you try it, you can never get it without them).“

“Came in with a large party with a few hours reservation notice, there was a little bit of a wait on bread & food but it was a Saturday night so that’s a given, but the food was still great and I’m thankful for that. Ribs were fall off the bone and juicy, appetizers were HOT! only complaint was that one of our appetizers didn’t come out until my main course came out which left half the table with their appetizers to eat and the other half just waiting… but stuff happens. Seemed like my server didn’t have any outside help which made me feel kind of bad for her but she stayed on top of everything. But I still had a great time and it wasn’t overwhelmingly loud and I’ll definitely be coming back. No one had any complaints about their food.“

“Normally, I'm not the biggest Cheddars fan, but I really have to brag on the server that my family and I had today (4/5, around 6:00). We were a bigger party, and she handled everything perfectly. I seriously wish I knew her name so that I could thank her properly, but she had the section in the area behind the host stand next to the fish tank. She was extremely sweet, prompt, and nothing was out of place. I'm a server myself, and I feel like I learned how to be a better server just from dining with her today. My family and I received excellent service today, and we could not stop talking about how great a server she was. We really appreciated her!“

“We ate here on May 18th we took our son here to celebrate him graduating . We had to wait for about 30 mins but we knew that and understood. Our silverware was a little dirty, the food was delicious however when our food was brought out to our table my steak medallions wasn't ready I was told they ran out and had to cut more and it would be a few more minutes. I just got a to go box for mine. So overall the only complaint I would have would be the silverware and having to wait a little longer on my food was all. The food was amazing and our waitress was very nice. This was our sons first time eating here and he's already talking about eating there again.“

“I was staying in kingsport and would visit here every day ,every single person I met were the nicest people ever and its one of the reasons I will be in kingsport every year now and can't wait till I'm back so expect the Scottish guy back in everyday next September 😁“

“I ordered here for the 1st time. Drive Thru experience was good and fast. Food wise fries were the steal of the show, amazing crunch, and seasoning. I give them a 9.2
Chicken was crispy and flavorful. Only gripe, they were kind of small to my liking. But I give them an 8.6
Bread was nice and toasty a solid 8.4
Sauces I got their signature spicy. Solid 8.8
Also got there sweet heat that sauce was amazing. I give it a 9.4
Overall experience was a solid 8.9. I will definitely come back and try other menu items. I definitely recommend this place. The only other fast food chicken joint this good is Chic Fil A.“

“Food was cold. Chicken was dry and the breading was hard. Slaw tasted like it was just cabbage and mayo. Of course we were there close to closing time so maybe that was why. Normally the chicken is awesome. The tea was really good as always.“
