“Arilang has some of the freshest fish in the area served up some gorgeous plating. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet, the staff are super friendly and attentive. I cannot recommend this place more. Also this was one of the few spots that served up hand rolls! We will surely be returning.”

“We stayed here in our RV through Harvest Host but we're only two hours from home and would honestly consider making this a day trip. It's a great spot that's very convenient to the highway. We each had a flight and really enjoyed the wine so we bought several bottles to take home. We sat outside at a firepit because it was an unreasonably warm March afternoon, but the inside has plenty of ambience as well. Definitely worth a stop!”

The garlic and the red sauce are honestly some of the best condiments I've tasted. Thankfully, they sell the sauces too! I do wish there was indoor seating as it is getting colder, but they were doing a brisk takeout business when we were there. Do yourself a favor and try Con Salsa. Everything we have tried is amazing.”

“I stopped by the innsbrook location today for lunch with my dad . We go there maybe every 2 weeks . The staff were amazing . I happened to say I was taking my dad to lunch for his 93 birthday . Staff came out and sang happy birthday to him with a treat and lite candle. Jack and Shannon(not sure that’s her name she is moving to Roanoke ) were so incredibly kind to my dad along with all the other staff . Food is always good , service is great !! See you soon Taziki ! “Being from Hawaii and living in Henrico for 12 years there was no place for local Hawaiian food. I was excited to find this place. I ordered one of my favorites, chicken katsu. It was good, they nailed the crunch and the Mac salad was phenomenal. I did notice they use white meat for katsu. Most places in Hawaii uses thighs since it’s juicier and more forgiving when fried. I liked it overall, reminded me of home. I will definitely continue to come and order from there.”

“I moved from Houston TX a couple of months ago. I want to be clear here. Virginia is BETTER than texas in every measurable way, except Mexican food. That's it. We thought the days of great texmex were over for us. And then, like a beacon in the night, Chuy's showed up out of nowhere. This place is an institution in TX. The food is amazing, and I can't recommend it enough. I literally can't express how great it is that this place is out here. It felt like the good parts of my old home. Get the Chile relleno, get the boom boom sauce, get the chuy changa, get the Elvis. Everything on the menu is fantastic. BIG shout out to our server Ty as well. She was straight up delightful.”

“I am a DoorDash driver, and I’ve been to this location frequently. Every single time, it is spotless, everyone is so kind, and they are quick to bring out the food. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. Not to mention they were so patient with the entire group, and me! They were so nice, and such troopers. Good job today, guys!!”

“Had lunch here yesterday with the family, 4 adults and 3 kids. I love the layout with the big open windows as it was a gorgeous day out. The bartender was awesome, very friendly and took great care of us. The food was fantastic! 4 of us had burgers that were cooked perfectly to each of our liking. Also had wings (good size wings and she loved the teriyaki sauce), Caesar wrap with shrimp, and a turkey burger. Everyone loved their meal and we all agreed we would definitely go back next time we're in town.”

“Unfortunately this location is very inconsistent. Shame on us for continuing to order after several inaccurate orders that were reported through surveys and acknowledged, but we had hope that those were one offs. When they are good, they are good. But when they are bad, it's so random as to how bad they are. I've had the occasional sauces (paid extra) forgotten all the way to ordering a vegetarian pizza only to have it arrive with chicken on it. I then even let them get me two times back to back where I ordered the heavily advertised hot honey (also paid extra for this extra) and didn't get it either time. The last straw, ordered at 10:30pm, received a notification at 11:15pm (email) that my pizza was on the way. At 12:18am it was delivered. I am completely aware that it was obviously a very busy night. However, my food rode around in a car for at least an hour, and it showed. That's a problem. I confess that we have ordered once since then but it was going in knowing that it would likely suck. And while it came as ordered, and in a timely manner, it's no where near the quality it was when this location first opened and hasn't been in a very long time.”

“This was my first time at this restaurant. I noticed it didn't have a lot of indoor seating, but if there was an influx of customers, they did offer additional seating outdoors. It was a cool atmosphere nonetheless.

I approached the counter, and the gentleman who took my order was very pleasant. He explained items on the menu, enabling me to make the proper choice for my eating pleasure.

I ordered the chicken and lamb combo with rice, a salad, and bread. I took the food back to my hotel room and was extremely pleased with it. It was delicious, and the next time I'm in Richmond, I will definitely be returning!”

They apologized a bunch...but I am SO okay with waiting 2 minutes for fresh bread straight from the oven! Hell yeah! So I sat down happily to wait and they insisted on giving me a free drink for waiting. I even tried to turn it down because I don't mind waiting at all, but they insisted...so awesome! I grew up a mile from the Jersey Mike's in Bon Air and ate there at least twice a week from the day they opened. I was ALWAYS more than happy there and I still go back occasionally when I go to my grandparents house...the Short Pump location is every bit as excellent. I'm 25 minutes away so I don't eat there as often as I'm used to, but until one opens in Montpelier I will make do with the Short Pump location. Thanks guys!”
