McDonald's in Glen Allen

“This was an excellent enough McDonalds that I felt the need to write it a review.

We dropped by on a Saturday morning, and we were through the drive through in less than 2 minutes. Food was hot and fresh, and prepared correctly. People were friendly. Great work to everyone involved.“

“Visited this location this morning (11/24/24) ... the drive thru was packed, so I decided to go inside. When I got inside they were busy as well and went to place my order at the kiosk. I wanted to make a change to my burrito but couldn't so placed order with an associate. She said she would just tell the back no cheese on the burritos. I went ahead and paid and then another worker comes up and advises that it's a pre-made and can't be altered. I advised the associate that I just need my money back for those then. So the manager came up to see what was going on and explained everything, he said hold on let me see what I can do. He came back and said "We got you" and they made the burritos without cheese. ROCKSTAR!“
