“Outstanding, authentic Mexican food. Reasonable prices for quality food. Great dishes full of flavor and house made sauces and moles to boot. Hard time going anywhere else. Definitely my go to Mexican and I'm a snob about authentic Mexican cuisine.“
“Stopped here after church and it was busy but we got seated right away. Food was good and atmosphere was nice. It seems a little pricey at first but then you get a generous portion of food. We had the fish and chips, brunch Benedict, rodeo burger and BLT. All great dishes but my favorite was the onion rings!“
“I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been great. Tonight I had the chicken and shrimp fajitas and was impressed with the portion size. It was delicious!I thought it felt like things were missing and realized when I got home it’s because there wasn’t rice and beans on one plate with the lettuce, tomato and guac on the side or even on a separate plate. This time it was just beans no rice on the same plate as lettuce, tomato and guac. Would have been great with cheese but it was delicious without it.I will continue to recommend this place because the food is always good and the staff is very welcoming.Dietary restrictions: I don’t eat beef or pork and love that there are plenty of foods I can choose from that taste good. They have many different shrimp and chicken options. Even vegetarian options.“
“We really enjoyed our dinner at Chiri's Latin Kitchen!!! My kids got the carne asada and picadillo tacos and absolutely loved them both! The salsa was yummy and super fresh tasting! My husband and I shared the special and we all left with happy bellies! The wait staff was very friendly and all took turns checking on the tables. The owner even came by to see how we were enjoying our meals! Defiantly- will be coming back!“
“This is my family's go to Mexican restaurant. Flavorful food for an insanely affordable price and free chips and salsa. The menu isn't overly diverse but it's exactly what you'd expect at an authentic restaurant. Only gripe is meat isn't the highest quality, but for the flavor and price, it's an absolute steal. Parking lot can be inconvenient, especially if it's busy (which it almost always is).“
“Server seemed a bit pushy tonight, not normal based on my previous visits. My 3rd choice of the three Mexican Restaurants in the Yorktown area. 24 Feb 22, Lunch today was very good, no issues with the service. 7 Sep 22, Excellent lunch with very good service.“
“Went there for lunch today had my normal burrito Chipotle And the wife had taco salad The ground beef Which did not taste like ground beef should.. Notice they had new menus and the prices had went up which was not a problem. Until the food came everything was cold did not have any seasoning asked to take mine back they Brought back a new plate which was a smaller portion still had no taste. The menu is not the only thing that has changed here The prices had been raised, Smaller portions, And the quality of the food.. Hoping they are not following in the footsteps of the Tappahannock location And worst of all they didn't even offer to take any off of the Items that we did not eat off of the bill very disappointing. Probably will not visit their location anymore“
“At first they were stingy on the chips and salsa but made up for it on our bill, great tip tactic!! Food was good overall and I was very impressed with how tender the beef was in the birria ramen. I wish they would offer some type of habanero, verde or any sauce for your meals that would need it like fajitas or pork belly tacos but it was hard to flag anyone down to ask. I had to ask for tortillas to eat my fajitas and for sauce that was supposed to come with empanadas. Fajitas shrimp was overcooked and dish was bland overall, hence the need for sauce...i had to borrow sour cream from someone to make my meal live up to it's menu status but overall everything was good!“
“When you first walk into El Rancho, it has the typical Mexican decorative flare, with bright colors and walls textured to look like stucco. Depending on the day of the week and time you arrive, you may have to wait, but it's never for very long. (Don't even try to get into the parking lot on the evening of the Poquoson Christmas parade!) Seating is somewhat comfortable. The tables and backs of the booths are painted with beautiful scenes. The chips and salsa are wonderful, but most of the time I have to ask for the white salsa. The wait staff is very friendly, but whatever you need, you should ask for when you order your meal because you may not see the wait staff again for a while. I'm one of those people who likes having both rice and beans, but here you have to order one or the other with your meal. The food is somewhat bland compared to other area restaurants. The fajitas need a bit more flavor. And as far as pricing goes, it's probably just above average for a Mexican restaurant. I don't know how good their alcoholic beverages are because I've never had one.“
“When walked in we were sat immediately, they took the order as soon after (we'd already looked at the menu online kinda knew what we wanted) and the food was out probably 10 or 15 min later. The food was really good. The chips n salsa was actually good too. The overall environment was relatively quiet, although it was the start of their busy hour (probably the first of 3 or 4 people there for the time of day“
“We came around lunch time on a weekday, and it wasn't busy. As you walk you are welcomed by the pretty decor. I love the colors! Got seated at our tables and was instantly greeted by a waitress. They serve chips and salsa with a guacamole sauce. I don't recommend the sauce. And it took a little while for the food to come out but when it did, I was delighted!“
“I travel all over the United States and this by far is the very best Taco Bell I've had the pleasure of eating at. Food was fresh, the place was clean and the service was impeccably kind and efficient. Thank you for the wonderful Taco Bell dinner. Give those employees a raise.Vegetarian options: Can't say much for the tree huggers but eat a bean burrito.Kid-friendliness: The music was definitely of the highest quality. I didn't know that Taco Bell's music channel played Slipknot.Parking: The parking spots were right there where they belong.“
“There was Mariachi music playing to greet the busy lunch crew. We were seated quickly, given the parking lot was jam packed. Our waitress took our drink order right away. She returned with chips, salsa and ranch dressing (that one threw us for a loop). She took our orders and within minutes our food was out to the table. The beef taco and enchilada had a good flavor, but was on the greasy side. Portions were good sized! They offer a nice sized lunch menu. Alcoholic beverages, desserts, and have a large dinner menu. Our waitress was attentive. We were in and out in approximately 40 , but didn't feel rushed! We will be back!“
