“We visited the Restaurant for the first time on March 5th 2025,and the the restaurant was very clean,decorated nice and the shrimp tacos and beef tacos was Great!Can't forget our service!Will return and invite others!“

“My husband and I actually prefer Los Portales in comparison to Juan’s. However tonight was awkward, because after TWO bites into my delicious steak fajita taco salad we were splashed by the busser who was NOISILY bussing the booth to my left (and before that, noisily bussing the booth behind my husband). She apologized, but it was too late—I was grossed out and went in search for the manager while wiping my face and arm. Long story short—we were offered another meal, but just too grossed out to stay and eat. Our waitress was so apologetic and would not take a tip. We do like the food, but it will be a while before we return. Noisily bussing tables using a bussing cart next to patrons who are eating is a very unpleasant distraction and just tacky, PERIOD!“

“Today was my first time at QDOBA and it was a great experience. since I didn’t know what to get, a young lady came over and helped me. She explained everything on the menu, gave suggestions, and was very patient with me. She was so nice and helpful the entire time. Customer service like that is hard to find, and because of her I’ll definitely be coming back“

“My family and I eat here often. My husband is Puerto Rican and his family lives on the island this is the only place they eat when they come to visit. They have great authentic food. I always get the bandeja paisa and the portion is always great, the sauce for the steak is so good. I love chicharron and chorizo so the paisa is the best option to get both. My husband loves their mofongo. We’ve had both kinds of empanadas they sell and they both are delicious. Their tres leches cake is always a good dessert. We had service from Vanessa and Emerson tonight and had no issues they checked in just enough. We have also had Vanessa for a server in the past and she has always been friendly and attentive.My family and I eat here often. If my food was ever missing an item he was quick to correct it without hassle . And for that alone was enough to have me coming back so often . I’ve recommended this particular location to several others whom also love the food quality and customer service. Restaurant is always always clean and quiet. I will continue to visit this location . “This taco bell is the best taco bell, no....the best fast food restaurant ever, hands down. I dont know what they are slipping into these doritos locos taco supremes from this joint but i crave them 24/7. And heres the best part. They aint never gone skimp ever. In fact they load these beast tacos up everytime. Plus they taste so darn good. Its the best quality dorito taco you will find.“

“There was a young man that worked there. I think his name was Emil. The service was excellent, and the Emil was very pleasant And polite while waiting on me in the drive-through.

I told him that I used to go to McDonald’s which was right down the street, but their service was horrible and their food was even less digestible. That was there surly attitude. I will not go there again. I try to find out the owner’s name, but it’s impossible. I hope they go out of business.

I really do enjoy the service level at Taco Bell. The food may not be the best but they have pretty good burritos, and the people that work there seem to be so pleasant. I really enjoy it.“
